Unfortunately, I was forced to use this Enterprise location again due to a warranty repair, and it was a terrible experience. The initial car they assigned had active tire pressure lights, mechanical issues, and a foul odor. After calling ahead to arrange a swap, I arrived only to be told it would take another hour. When a replacement was finally ready, it was a downgraded vehicle with a failing AC system--unacceptable for July in Southern California. To top it off, the staff offered absolutely no apology for the massive inconvenience. Between the filthy, crowded facility and their highly inefficient check-in process, there is no reason to choose Enterprise.
