They were pretty straight forward, told me what was wrong and gave me really good prices. The guy who runs this shop is a really nice guy , and makes sure you're happy with your car. I told him I want this done and this done and they did it. Thank you for taking care of my car.

The problems started with it taking 3 months to get the repair done (with not 1 call from the shop letting us know what's going on). My husband had to be the one pursuing them. I understand the supply shortage, however upon finally going to pick the vehicle up, the entire side that was painted had terrible orange peel as well as fish eyes.  It looked AWFUL.  They acknowledged it was a poor job and told me to return 1 day later, however, it took 3 days. While the orange peel was gone, we now had a 4 inch burn above the passenger rear door handle.  Back to paint again and 3 days later we were finally good to go. Guess it was too much to ask to have it right the first time after 3 months? The frustrations of the situation were compounded by little to no communication regarding the process as well as the continued absence the manager Kimberly on site. Even after being told multiple times she would be in the office, she never was.  To make matters worse, This shop has apparently changed hands since the previous times we used them.  In the words of Kimberly, the manager,  the shop has gone from a high quality body shop ("highest caliber of workmanship" according to their website) to a "production shop". . Again, no one bothered to tell us ANYTHING and the only way we found out that they switched owners was from calling one of their Cerritos office!! As my insurance deductible was waived by my personal insurance company, this next part was the most bothersome part.......Kimberly, out of her own mouth, told us she would pay the deductible plus give us an additional $100.00 for the major communication flops and lack of communication on their end.  BUT......when it came to actually collecting the money, she failed again.  Not one dime was given or even any apologies.....we are still waiting for the money.  This left my husband and I disgusted with this company as their word means NOTHING. We will never use them again. . And, perhaps in the future, if they are aware of the supply issues, which they certainly should be, the customer should be informed of such, prior to drop off.  This way,  the decision can be made by the customer to wait to drop the vehicle off, assuming it's driveable,  until after the parts come in or not. It's called common courtesy. I was out my vehicle for 3 months, $2500 in rental car costs, sub par workmanship not once but twice, necessitating multiple trips and taking up another two weeks (additional $560 rental car costs) while they managed to skate away with the $8k check from my insurance company. They cashed the check from AAA right after receiving it while many reputable companies wait to cash it until AFTER the vehicle is fixed. It's a nice little racket they have going on here. There are many other choices out there, I would make it a point to choose one of them, NOT Dynamic Collision.

George, the new manager, goes way above and beyond to please his customers and I love his positive attitude, which is a very nice change for the better and not at all characteristic of the former management's style, so kudos to him! And the good news is that George is totally focused on management and customer relations and supervision of his technicians, and he doesn't do any of the actual repair work himself, so he doesn't have that grumpy, overworked, and irritated attitude that you will find in so many service stations. He is super friendly and super positive and goes out of his way to help. I was struggling so hard trying to get my car smogged, and George actually took time out of his busy schedule to encourage me and advise me on that, and he even volunteered to scan my car's system periodically to assess my progress in getting my vehicle's monitors to clear. Wow. So unbelievably nice! I actually think that it was his positive attitude and his encouragement that kept me going and kept me from feeling totally defeated. And it was that infectious positive spirit which enabled me to finally succeed in passing the smog test. His guys have also voluntarily filled my tires whenever they have gotten low. They will go the extra mile for you, which is refreshing and super impressive for such a small neighborhood shop! I have always appreciated the convenience of this location, and now I can also appreciate the level of care and personal attention that you will receive at Mark's under the new management. Thank you, George!

They didnt even do a proper delivery, just handed me the "key" and were done. Purchased a 26 pathfinder rock creek on July 5th. They couldn't get the 2nd key from the parts dept and promised they would FedEx it to me on Monday. They failed to send it, and our salesman stopped answering texts. Called in a couple times, no answers or follow-ups. It is always "someone else is handling". Victor the GSM was supposed to call me back, never did. So agter a week I drove back out to Redlands from the SGV to get some answers on a Friday afternoon. No help for the first 20minutes i was there. Totally ignored. Walked up to the sales tower and told them why I was there. Confusion...like nobody had heard anything about this! Waited another 10minutes for them to get the key. Which turned out not to be for my car. Took it back in, and they were confused again. Finally they gave up and said the key was lost. I was given a Due Bill and said they had to order it and would call me to come back to have it programmed and pick up the key. It's been over a week and no calls or follow ups. Now the Bluetooth and android auto don't work. I dont trust them to fix anything.

We waited and woman working there refused to let her use it. She claims it was wet. She said "no bathroom" and she also said to go next door to Starbucks. But Starbucks was closed and we went back to chevron and she still had sign up. I explained my granddaughter was crying needing to go. She said no it was wet. I took a picture of bathroom sign and she was yelling and she said she was calling the cops, so I took a picture of her. I never did anything to merit her threatening to call police. She was mad and yelled at me to never come back. I was calmly asking to let my granddaughter use bathroom and this is all I did. Chevron is known to have available bathrooms and she didn't care. She was mean and yelling she was going to call the cops! I don't understand these types of people. Anyone with any human decency would have allowed a child to use the restroom. And yes, we were planning to get a few snacks, so we were customers; but, after she said to leave and never come back I walked out. Lazy woman who didn't want to deal with doing her job of cleaning the bathroom.
