My husband has been on a hunt for an Acura TSX Wagon and since it was finally time to say goodbye to our 2006 Scion XA, we got really lucky finding one relatively close by. We had a few cars we wanted to go check out this was the first on our list, Black 2011 TSX Wagon with 86k. Very clean and well maintained. We got there and Kelly was extremely friendly and helpful right from the start. My husband took it out for a test drive and we went in to her office to go over details. The thing We appreciated the most was Kelly's straight forward honesty with everything. She showed us all the information and history of the vehicle that she had available. She went even went over what they found wrong with the vehicle and how they fixed or replaced these items. After a little negotiation we decided on getting the car. We already had a pre approval from our Credit union but we asked based on our credit if she thinks we would get a better rate and she offered to check it for us and let us know after the weekend. Paperwork was lengthy but we were just talking the entire time and it made the process that much easier. We brought our 4 year old niece with us and unfortunately she had to endure the long process too but Kelly kept her entertained too. I bought a 2010 Tahoe from here in December. Once I got it home I realized one of the key fobs they gave me was broken, the cover came off the charger on the front of the dash and the tires rubbed in the wheel well. Within a week I went to put gas in it and it wouldn't accept fuel without me holding the pump the entire time. I went in to have the wheels torqued and told Kelly about the issues. She assured me the mechanic would be able to fix everything. Although she had previously taken the vehicle on a road trip, she claimed to know nothing about the fueling issue but told me it would be fixed. When she's lying she kind of scrunches her lips together and looks extra confused. Anyways, I brought it in a second time for them to attempt to fix the fuel issue and asked if they would be able to install a new charger outlet cover I had purchased and she said yes. It was there all day and they discovered they had to order an additional part to fix the fueling issue. when I picked up the Tahoe that day she said she knew nothing about fixing the outlet cover ( insert scrunchy face here ) but added it to the to do list for the next visit which was to be scheduled when she knew when the part would arrive. She ordered me a new key fob on Amazon but appearantly she doesn't have prime and she said it would be a while before it would come. Anyways, a couple days went by and I called her in the morning to ask her when the part would be there and she was obviously irritated. She scheduled me for about a week or so but didn't give me an exact time. As the date approached I attempted to call her and she was very busy with customers. Let me just say that the day I called it was pouring rain in yucaipa. I was very surprised to learn that so many people shop for vehicles on a Monday morning during a torrential downpour. I eventually emailed the owner to explain the problems I was having and he initially was very helpful and scheduled me an exact time and assured me everything would be repaired. Kelly followed up with a fairly rude email to assure me I was wrong, she wasn't avoiding me which is when I asked to only deal with the owner Skye for my issues. When I went to pick up the Tahoe after the repairs Skye asked me to bring a deposit check. The deposit check wasn't due for another 2 weeks so I said no I'll mail you a check and you will receive it when it's due. So Skye withheld a set of keys for the Tahoe until he received the check. Pretty shady, we had an agreement that I was willing to uphold. So the wheel well still rubbed. But I learned from an outside mechanic that the rims are not the right size for the vehicle. Kelly bragged that she chooses them herself. Anyways, the day they cashed my check was the day it was due and I emailed asking for my keys back. Skye said it's their policy to hold the keys for ten days after the check clears. I sent him proof that the check cleared and asked him to send my key and key fob that worked the last time I had it. I told him the wheel well was still rubbing and he told me I was just not happy with the car and he would be willing to buy it back from me. The thing is I like the car. The fuel issue was fixed, the rims are the wrong size but I did a lot of research in choosing the Tahoe and I liked it. I hated the customer service. So I decided to keep the Tahoe and he agreed to send my keys. So when I got the key and key fob the key worked but the key fob had been switched out! It wasn't programmable to my vehicle, it wasn't the one he had held as collateral. I emailed him to let him know and he told me to Google a solution. So I bought a new one on Amazon so I don't have to deal with them ever again. Just a heads up, Kelly's classic line is to claim that KBB value recently dropped and that's why there is such a gap between their prices. Also she claims the upgrades are worth blah blah blah which would be true if they weren't paying an in house mechanic pennies on the dollar for the upgrades. Update: since posting this Skye called me and told me he's upset about my review. I told him I have the right to educate others about my experience. I hung up and he tried calling 2 more times. I do not post things like this often and I don't take this lightly. I have a firm paper trail of my experience and I have no doubt that eventually they will respond to this review like they do to all the negative reviews. I wash my hands clean of this. These people sell over Blue Book!!! The sales person, Kelly saw my son and wife walk on the lot and instantly thought, "suckers". She tried selling them a car that was over retail Blue Book. When I called and asked why that was, she explained that it was because they just put on new tires. Well, the Excellent Condition Blue Book price was $600 under what they were asking. Excellent condition would mean that it had new tires. Kelly would not budge, one penny. She then explained to them that there is a fee that the bank charges the dealership for a first time buyer and that fee would have to passed on to my son. That is a violation of a federal lending law. I confirmed all this with her and even after I explained to her the violation, she kept talking over me and didn't really care. I'm a big fan of supporting local business, and when those businesses do a great job they deserve to be recognized. We bought a Lincoln Navigator from them the day before Christmas Eve for a very fair price. The car is beautiful and very clean. Three days after purchase, an O-ring went out in the suspension. These things happen, and it couldn't really have been predicted. I had the car towed to their lot, and they immediately went to work to figure out what was wrong. They apologized over and over, even though it really wasn't their fault. Within about 2 hours they determined what was wrong, fixed it and sent us on our way. Scott, Kelly, Skye and their entire team made us feel so comfortable and welcome through the whole process. There was no pressure, we felt like we were hanging out with friends. We live in Orange County, and I will come back here first when I'm in the market for a new car. read more

I recently sold an older Jeep Wrangler to Auto Locators, and this was absolutely hands down the most stress free auto sale I have ever been through. Skye performed a very thorough inspection of my Jeep from front to back and top to bottom before taking it for a test drive. He & I then sat down and reviewed all of the upgrades & accessories that were included with the Jeep. Skye then went and spoke with the boss... Kelly! She gave us her estimate of what the Jeep would sell at retail in perfect condition. Skye and I then discussed the estimated costs for making some minor repairs to the Jeep so that Auto Locators could honestly resell the vehicle in perfect condition. We soon came to a mutually agreeable sale price that was fair and reasonable to each of us. All that was left at this point was for the sale to be approved by my boss... the wife. The following morning I spoke on the phone with Melissa, informing her that my wife had agreed to sell the Jeep, and we would be at the dealership in about 90 minutes. When we arrived, Kelly called us into her office where she had all the paperwork filled out & ready to go. We just had to fill in a few blanks, and then each party signed the paperwork. Update: How politically correct your response was, you absolutely did process an application, I'm very familiar with yelp and your attempt to get the review removed by claiming we aren't a customer is a good one, but you know exactly who this is. You never contacted us back despite you promising to do so. In good faith I waited 5 days before posting to see if I would hear from someone...My initial review: Well I had high hopes for this company considering they were prompt on getting back to me the minute I showed interest in a vehicle, however if you aren't the perfect credit candidate bye bye customer service and you are treated like you don't exist. The lack of common courtesy is beyond me. No call back? No update? Nothing! Apparently you are judged immediately (yeah I saw you reading so intently, showing your colleagues). Or judged because you don't have great credit? You know nothing about me and we deserved at least an update, say "hey we can't approve you, I'm sorry." Good news is we got a brand new car two days ago, my business meant something somewhere else. I'm grateful I didn't do business with your company, and strongly recommend anyone out there to stay away from this company because you are only a dollar sign if you walk the perfect life. Me and my wife did alot of research online to find a good used car lot to purchase an suv, after finding auto locators we headed over to check out the inventory. After arriving all seemed great, we looked at two vehicles, a Toyota Sequoia and a Chevy Tahoe. Long story short, we decided to buy the Tahoe. Fast forward 2 weeks, temperature gage went up to three quarters while on the freeway, pulled over at a orileys and popped the hood, notices the dexcool reservoir was empty, filled it up and temp went back down. Fast forward another 2 weeks, same problem, added more dexcool and regulated the temp again, drove over to get an oil change and the mechanic checked out the SUV, i told him i was losing coolant so he said he was going to run some tests. After doing so he told me to call the dealership where i purchased the Tahoe and let them know they had sold me a lemon of a vehicle with bad heads. After contacting Kelly over at auto locators she said they were trying to scam me and asked me to bring it in, had the"mechanic" on site run some tests and he determined everything was"ok". Took the tahoe back to my personal mechanic and he ran even more tests and told me that in fact i did have either blown head gaskets or cracked heads. Called Kelly back to advise her about this and she basically disregarded what i told her and acted like she knew better then my professional mechanic. Oil pressure was also low, so at that point her"mechanic" removed the oil filter and noticed it had a bunch of gunk on it, and the oil that came out was clumpy, i found out later it was basically the oil mixing with the coolant that caused the gunk. They advised that the oil pump get changed out and they wanted me to be responsible for half of the cost even though i had just purchased this SUV from a "reputable" used car lot. They did the work and we continued to have problems with the vehicle. After all was said and done, it hasn't even been a year and i had to spend 2k on new heads. Now here is why I'm going to give Auto Locators 5 stars. I got a call from Skye the night after i posted this review, we had long conversation regarding the issues and we were able to come to an agreement and sorted out all the miscommunication between Kelly and the auto locators mechanic that was there at the time. He invited me too come over to the dealership so we can sit down and talk face to face. When it was all said and done, Skye offered to pay for half of the expenses associated with the head repair (parts and labor). Kelly cut us a check for the half that they said they would pay for. The point of this review is to say that it really goes a long way when a dealership is willing to except responsibility for a issue that came with one of there vehicles, and was fixed a year later with my money. They made it right and i completely respect Auto Locators for that. There isn't very many businesses that would hold themselves responsible in this kind of situation but they really stood behind there product once they realized the original diagnosis of bad heads was accurate. I will go back and purchase another vehicle from them. read more

I bought a 2002 Toyota Corolla here, 4 days after I bought it, the car broke down. I told the the owners and they claimed I was a reckless drive and that was why the car broke down. I ended up taking them to court and they say they would fix the car. I paid almost $600 to have them fix the problem they sold me and the car now runs worse then it did before. All in all, never buy from this place, they are cheats and if you try to addresses any problems they claim it's your fault. Horrible place, never buy from them, they WILL scam you. read more

Stopped in yesterday to look at a truck my husband saw on line but they had already sold it.
