Not a big fan of independent car lots but my husband wanted to check out a truck they had. Price was reduced online and should have been reduced more considering the year, mileage and little things wrong. Was willing to pay cash if the price was reduced to fair price and Ben along with owner did not budge. They were not losing much to be honest but instead of making a sale they didn't want to negotiate. Ben was not friendly at all. Despite that vehicle has been on their lot awhile, still didn't care to make a sale. All he was worried about was tax and license fees which were included in our offer. My credit and finances have been compromised due to this car dealership and the car they sold me. Most importantly don't risk putting your family in a car that this dealer sells. This dealership took advantage of me and will do the same to you. They won't help you or assist you in anyway if you run into a problem. All they will do is take your money and help you get approved for a loan so they can make a sale. The owner will blame you, push you off onto the warranty company and will act like he has no responsibility to be an ethical and decent dealer. I came here to purchase 2009 Toyota Corolla stick shift / manual transmission. Had major issues with 4th gear grinding needs to be rebuilt and the A/C did not blow cold air and CV Joint Passenger side going out. So I passed on that one and purchased another vehicle 2005 CRV 4WD no issues with this vehicle. If you're not a trained Auto Technician it doesn't matter what New or Used Dealer you visit. So I came in to look at a low miles 2006 GTI. The car was low priced and was looking new as can be for its year both inside and out. The financing we had to do was not on site but still not too far. After getting approved I had second thoughts based on the down payment. So after a few days I called to make sure car was still there and told Kenny the owner that I would be purchasing the vehicle. He gave me a few days to go down and close the deal which was nice. Transaction was good and car has been good to me on my long distance drives so far. Kenny and employee were super nice and friendly. I would recommend them easily. He even filled my gas to half a tank when I said the car was on E. as far as im concerned I had a very good experience here. ****Update**** Has been about 5 months now and the car has had to have the thermostat replaced after the first month and a half and ***update*** So after almost a year the engine light has come on a handful of times. Nothing too serious but nonetheless it's been costing me money. Let me start off by saying that Topline Autoplex Staff made this a pleasurable transaction from beginning to end, especially the front office clerk, Vanessa B. who is attentive and helpful in a speedy manner. I was recently in an accident that resulted in the total loss of my previous vehicle. The whole experience was a bit of a nightmare, that was until it came to searching for and purchasing a new, used, vehicle. I originally was searching for something similar to my previous vehicle, which was a crossover or CUV, whatever you prefer to call it. Subaru Foresters seemed like a good fit and I was fortunate enough to find a great match via Autotrader from Topline Autoplex. However, once I came by to check out the vehicle and test drive it, I found it just wasn't the right match. Luckily, the owner keeps a pretty diverse selection of vehicles in the inventory at all times and it ranges to meet most anyone's distinct needs. So there it was, calling to me, a 2012 Honda Crosstour that I immediately inquired about and was allowed to inspect and test drive on the spot. Mind you, this was all without feeling as if I was annoying them about changing my mind or feeling as if I was inconveniencing anyone. That in itself felt great because car shopping after a terrible accident is already stressful enough. I returned 2 days later to buy The Honda Crosstour and also never felt pressured to hurry the process because they were kind enough to hold the vehicle for me since they knew I was a serious buyer. I personally bought the vehicle flat out via a cashier's check from my bank (which can take time to get,) but I did notice that they do offer great financing options for those who may not have the cash to purchase a vehicle up front. The whole purchasing process went quickly and smoothly thanks to the great staff on hand. All that being said, in summary, this dealership is kind and helpful without making you feel pressured or stressed to make any decisions right away. They also have a good range of vehicles to select from even at a time when the used car market is a bit haywire. Fontana can be warm, windy, and dry at times and it was the days I was there and they were even nice enough to offer me cold water for my parched mouth. Got a car from here I have spent more than 2000 in repairs and the car still has issues The ABS module is bad and it has weird electrical issues. If you're looking for a car don't go to this place they do not check their cars they just reset the ECU so the car runs fine for a couple days and then start coming up save your money go somewhere Call the guy to tell him about the issue about the car. he told me sorry your time expired to return the car after spending 12,000 on the car it's one of the biggest losses I ever took read more

WOW! Amazing! Phenomenal customer service. What a truly awesome experience buying a car! I honestly can't say enough good things about Kenny and his staff at Topline. From the moment I first contacted them with questions about my future car to the instant I set my foot on the lot, everyone was so accommodating and answered all my questions without hesitation. This was the first car I was purchasing all on my own and in my own name so I was admittedly nervous because purchasing a car is a huge commitment. I never felt like anyone was trying to get over on me or sell me a dream just because I was a woman. Of course like most people I came to Topline to look at a very specific car and once I laid eyes on it, I just knew it had to be mine. I asked Kenny if it was ok for me to take it to a local mechanic that I had researched just to have them give it a once-over, and he even rode with me there and waited the 30 minutes while they took a look at it. The car came back in perfect condition. Upon returning to the car dealership I ran into a small financing issue but Kenny worked with me and was so patient and a shortly after I was the brand new owner of a cute red Honda Element...which I am obsessed with. About a week later I let Kenny know I was having some issues with my brakes (something easily looked over if you aren't driving the car on the highway) and he didn't hesitate to take care of me fully. UPDATE: DO NOT GO HERE unless you want a car fast and want to get ripped off. Bought my car here. 2 weeks after buying it my check engine light turned on. They also didn't tell me my struts were completely worn out, my axel was seeping into my transmission and my stabilizer bar was broken. Also didn't flush any of my fluids. Ended up paying over $1000 to fix it which was still cheaper than other places where it would have cost about $2000. Oh, and they didn't even give me a key that works for my own trunk!!!!! read more

I definitely recommend this dealer. We looked at several cars at many different "dealerships" (some were definitely not legit), and this one was by far the best. Kenny was very easy to work with, and gave us a fair deal on the car we wanted. The car was in pretty good shape. The only issue was that the car sounded a bit odd when starting up, so I asked the on-site mechanic about it. The mechanic was super friendly and helpful; he tested the voltage and determined that the alternator was faulty. Very honest and straightforward! Kenny agreed to replace the alternator, so we were happy with that. Buying a used car is always a risky thing, as you never know what parts are ready to be replaced soon. You can't necessarily expect a dealer to know this either. As long as you poke and prod at the car, and the dealer is willing to work with you on issues, that's probably the best you can do. read more

If you think something is too good to be true it probably is. We found what we thought was the perfect car for our daughter in college, a Volvo T5. Being used we expected some maintenance issues even up to 2k, but when we took it into our mechanic we discovered there were make shift temporary fixes like non Volvo parts ( ok), but missing parts and makeshift parts like a garden hose wrapped up with electrical tape? Come on, really!? It is not normal wear and tear. It's work arounds disguising an accident! Yes we took pictures! Our mechanic showed us where it was buckled, bonded, and painted. The cost so far is over 3k We brought these issues to the attention of Topline and at first they were going to work with us. We were looking for partial reimbursement, but they refused.
