My plates never came in, well they did but they never put my contact info in properly, so they called the wrong person. It took four more visits (over three years) until they finally had it correct. I speak fluent English issue w/o issue and can write with a masters level, I just don't think anyone there cares to make corrections. Free oil changes. What a joke. I made an appointment for my first one and waited almost four hours for them to finish. Correct, four hours. I nearly lost my mind. When asked what was taking so long they fed excuses, once they realized I worked as a wrench in college and called b/s they said my tech was busy with another project, then why make a reservation? Second free oil change - 2.5 hour wait with reservation. That was the last one. Warranty work several years later, I give in and buy an oil change three pack. I call back for my next oil change - they have no record of me buying the three pack. Now I am transferred to a manger who I leave two messages for.....no return call. Save yourself the pain. The work is usually solid, but the customer service staff are on a permanent LSD trip.

AND NO LOANERS. Total nonsense. Again they're people are clearly trained not to accommodate recalls. Salerno Duane Jeep up in Summit (only about an hour north) was also experiencing high demand for servicing but accommodated immediately, picked up the phone and resolved the issue in less than 2 hours within 1 week of receiving the latest recall. Will never step foot in Pine Belt again as they do not stand by their product when it comes to servicing and their employees are trained to leave you without a solution with your recalled vehicle sitting in the street for months away from your house and other vehicles while a potential fire hazard and unusable.

**Toyota World -- $10,000 Over MSRP and Counting** [no…read morestars] Let's start with the basics. Post-COVID supply chain disruptions created real scarcity in the auto market, and dealers across the country used that window to add market adjustments to sticker prices. That window is largely closed. Inventory has normalized. So explain the $10,000 pre-tax markup over MSRP. Not a trim upgrade. Not an added package we requested. Just a number sitting on the contract, daring you to ask about it. When we did ask, we got a vague reference to "trade costs" and "what the market supports." The market, as it turns out, does not support this. We found the same vehicle elsewhere at $5k less with no negotiation required. Then came Melissa. Melissa threw out the old line about nitrogen-filled tires, already applied to the vehicle and buried in the contract. Not offered upfront. Not explained. Just there. She also stated plainly that she needed to make money on inter-dealer trades. That's an internal business cost being passed directly to the customer as justification for a markup that was never disclosed until we were deep in the numbers. This interaction felt like a hostage negotiation, only there was no proof of life. This is not aggressive sales. This is a structured process designed to obscure the real price of the car until you're too far into the conversation to walk. Some people don't walk. That's the model. We walked. Stay away. Far away.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. The sales process felt manipulative and overly aggressive. The salesperson used high-pressure tactics to push me into leasing a vehicle at an inflated price. I later realized that the numbers and "limited-time offers" they used to rush my decision were misleading. Of course it was my fault, but everytime I said I wanted to think about it overnight he added more pressure. Two years later I wanted to turn in the car a year early with 2/3 of the allowable miles. Mr Zino of Difeo exaggerated how much my car was worth and wanted me to pay the entire lease for them to take the car. Overall, I left feeling taken advantage of both when leasing the car and when trying to turn it in early. I recommend doing extensive research and visiting other dealerships before signing anything here. Transparency and honesty are clearly not their priorities.

When I went to these folks I found a wealth of knowledge, high level of integrity & absolute honesty. These are rare characteristics these days so I was thrilled to work with them. If you want to save yourself time, literally look anywhere else! If you need yet another example about their scamming tactics, read on. I first contacted David, the General Manager of this store, after seeing his phone number for a Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road listing on THEIR OWN website, CarGuru, CarFax, and several other websites. I told him that I was looking for the quicksand colored 2019 TRD Off Road (their only one). I asked about pricing since we were coming from 250 miles away to get this truck, and he said it was firm. I called my bank and was preapproved, so we drove 250 miles the following day. They had the vehicle waiting for us in the front, but I immediately noticed that there was a small "SR5" logo rather than either no decal, as some people prefer, or a TRD Off Road decal. I was handed off to someone instead of David upon arrival, so I questioned this decal issue right away. I was told to take it for a spin while they verified. We came back and they "realized" it was somehow misprinted on every website as an Off Road when it is actually an SR5. But, they told me, "it's the same thing since it has a lift and nice tires on it..." I now had to inform them, the supposed car experts, that it is entirely different, nearly everything needed for Off Roading is not offered in the SR5. But, it looks the part, so they advertise it as so... I told them that I had driven this whole way thanks to false advertising and I specifically needed a TRD Off Road. They tried to make it better by seeing what other TRD Off Roads they had in stock, and guess what...? Nearly every Tacoma was listed as a TRD Off Road, yet none actually where! They tried to say that the VIN creates the title for their advertisements, which causes it to have an incorrect title, which is a blatant lie! So, they toss some tires on there with a lift and claim it's one model, when it isn't. Then if you try to dispute this, they blame you for not looking closer at the pictures. THEIR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT WASNT TO BLAME, I WAS. Can you believe it? So I asked if theyd be kind enough to compensate our gas since we drive 500 miles total to pick up a truck that was falsely advertised. They then got upset that I asked for this since "the pictures showed the model with the small decal in one picture, so I should have looked closer." So, I didn't get compensated for a wasted day and all of the gas, plus I was told it's my fault; ZERO REMORSE OR APOLOGY. This place is a joke. When you spend $30k+ you want to feel comfortable and that you aren't getting taken advantage of for a quick dollar. I can promise you, this place doesn't care about you as a customer, they only want your money. I told them that I am a recently separated veteran who just moved back home to attend school and I needed a vehicle, so even this wasted day hurts my bank account, yet David laughed and kept blaming this "mistake" on me. To quote him, "it sounds like you know a lot about this stuff, but you weren't smart enough to look closer at the pictures... that's your fault, not ours." I took the time to type all of this up, please take it into consideration. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but when you refuse to acknowledge your mistake or make things right with your patrons who you've taken advantage of, even by accident, then you're a sham company. They don't care about their customers, they care about how much money they can make off of you. GO ELSEWHERE, YOULL REGRET IT IF YOU DONT. PS- we talked to several locals nearby (since we now needed to keep looking for vehicles and get some food) and apparently this place is known for this behavior! They have a whole toolbox full of tricks; watch out!
