My exceptional salesman, Jayson Neeley, offered to pick me up at Eppley Airfield, in Omaha, Nebraska so that I could purchase and drive my wife's new car back to northern Illinois, 461 miles away. Unfortunately, my first jet at Chicago O'hare International Airport at 6AM was unable to take off. After 3.5 hours everyone was told to get off the aircraft and try to find another flight. My new ticket had me flying to Denver, Colorado with a 5 hour layover and then to Eppley Airfield in Omaha, NE. Even though my flight time was delayed four different times because of the snow storm in Denver. Jayson Neeley showed up at 9:22 p.m. at Eppley Airfield, Omaha, NE and picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel on his own time (on a Friday Night). He was fantastic and helpful from the very first conversation we had over the phone to teaching me what all of the high tech functions of our new vehicle are! We were constantly having to reach out to service to get help and updates. We went to the dealership to talk in person and they attempted to get my mom in a NEW car or newer car, including an electric car. They really tried to convince her to go that route and she declined. They ran her credit so many times without her knowing and she received several notices in the mail from creditors after the fact. Eventually, my mom decided to get the car fixed and the warranty covered a portion of the new transmission. We finally were able to get some cost lowered for service. We also attempted to reach general manager and left voicemail and never received a call back. I finally went to the dealership and spoke to him in person and he lowered the price but it was not communicated to Brock because he was unaware when we finally picked up the car. First, I must back up and say that once the new transmission got it, then the car was sent to Ford to get programmed but that was never communicated until then. When we finally picked up the car, no one in service knew of the discount the generally Manager offered and Brock was not friendly at that point. I would NEVER recommend Edwards.

My visit was to get my oldest a vehicle, a brand new one, because i dont like to work on them anymore. I had already done my research and knew the exact model i was looking for. Up front service was excellent and not pushy at all. I already knew the budget i wanted to keep my daughter in and when asked about extra protections i pushed back and then they "found a way" to get them to me cheaper anyways haha. My only complaint would be finance because it took quite awhile and im not sure if it was lack of staff or what. Even once in finance they try to sell you more and i did the same push back and still got services cheaper and well within her budget. As far as my setup i did no trade-in so none of that back and forth, my daughter put down a substantial amount of money she saved up and i have excellent credit. So the time frame of getting onsite/test drive and walking out with keys was 10:27am ~ 2:02pm. Not terrible but not great. All in all i would recommend but your experience may vary thats for sure!

We really loved this car - and so it was the open door that we needed. They set it aside for us until Friday (2 days). We took it for a night so Brian could check out the engine thoroughly. There is a lot of "oh that's not what I said" as far as even telling me my first payment he was off three weeks. Then I told him of the issue for the second time since it has only been two weeks. He told me if there is any issue to come see him so he can have his mechanic check it out. Went to have it checked what do you know "oh I didn't say today". He clearly said today. Then, the issue with the windshield he said he would replace asap, or having somewhere he could have my stereo swapped the next day. I get it is a buy here pay here. Don't say what you don't mean. They always say you will only find bad reviews no one will take the time to do a good review. In this case, that's correct. If I can help someone else in their decision if they are debating I have paid it forward. If you have met him he is very vocal of being religious, to get on his level I will describe him as a wolf in sheep's clothing.

I purchased the…read moretruck trusted this dealer after the review seen on FB Market Place. i get the truck home from a 3 hrs drive 200 mikes all seems fine. At 690 miles check engine lights up and three engine codes suddenly show up and tge chevy front end "death wobble" Truck had s reported 139,000 miles. Contacted dealer and said "sorry this happened to you but my hands are tied." Showed dealer $4500 est for transmission repairs and have not even had chance to find out why cat code is also showing up suddenly on ecm. Stay away!
