Terry said he'd buy the car back plus what I've had to put into it to make it safe, tires, brakes and exhaust but when I got out to the dealership, Terry told me no deal. In fact all Terry could focus on was my appearance and even went as far as to threaten me by asking me to "step outside" and if he couldn't "kick my ass" he'd buy the car back. He also went as far as to threaten both my livelihood and side jobs (I have all this recorded btw). Terry is not a kind person, and at minimum a bully. Buyer beware. There are literally hundreds of places to find used cars in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area. Places where the owner doesn't physically threaten you when he's upset he was caught in a HUGE lie and was called out on it. Showed up for service and my car was immediately taken in. Issue was resolved and I ended up even buying the tire protection plan thanks to your service team. Visited with your finance representative and explained that I wanted to get this done fast and the entire thing was set up in 10 minutes or less. Probably the best experience I've encountered since coming to your service center. Wanted to share the good as long as the bad; this was all very good. Witt was our finance manager.  He made his back end sales pitch outside of the finance office.  Alexander would later state everything in the finance office was audio recorded.  Outside of the finance office we explicitly declined all back end service products and warranties.  Alexander utilized a piece of paper in his pitch he would later call a "triangle", it showed numbers, figures, and drawings.  Neither my wife or I signed this piece of paper agreeing to any back end products.  It should also be noted Alexander lied and told us our payment was higher than it actually was from the bank in an attempt to "bump" us to purchase back end products.  Alexander became short and rude after he failed to make a sale.  We were rushed through signing documents and were told to click through the pages on the tablet presented.  Alexander made no mention of enrolling us in a aftermarket warranty and we were not provided with any documentation to lead us to believe we were enrolled in a warranty.     On or about 02/18/2026, my wife and I were at Edwards Nissan In Council Bluffs.  We had made a deal on a Nissan Sentra.  We were in the finance office about to sign for the vehicle.  The finance manager began his pitch regarding an aftermarket warranty on the new Sentra we were purchasing.  He mentioned an aftermarket warranty on the Gladiator we purchased in October from Edwards CDJR.  My wife and I were shocked. The finance manager at Edwards Nissan verified there was an aftermarket warranty tied to our Jeep Gladiator deal. Shocked at the situation we backed out of the Sentra deal and immediately went to Edwards CDJR.  We spoke with Alexander.  He was immediately defensive and gave us another sales pitch to get us to keep the warranty. He claimed the recording was gone from his office from the day we purchased the Gladiator. He stated he would put a request in to refund the entire amount of the warranty and the request was denied.  We never used the warranty Alexander enrolled us in against or will and without our knowledge.  Time passed and we had not heard anything from Edwards CDJR.  I reached out to them online and dealt with an employee by the name of Megan. She stated she would have the GM of the store reach out to me.  I never heard from him and Megan has since stopped replying to my text messages. In an email sent 02/25/2026 Alexander attached the cancellation of the warranty and a refund check that would supposedly be sent to our lender. The check no. is 20254 dated 19FEB26 in the amount of $864.87.  The original cost of the warranty was $1315.00.  I called our lender yesterday, 03/03/2026, and they stated they have not received a check from Edwards CDJR.
