I didn't have the right tool to get the housing off. Monique was amazing on the phone and was even more so in person. Manny was extremely friendly and willing to help right away. Luckily it was 7:30 in the morning so it was really light. Manny remove the housing for me and replace the bulb and while it might seem like a small thing, it means a lot. The last thing you wanna do is drive around on the road without a turn signal. I wish the best to them both. I understand Manny's been with the company for a very long time and Monique is a manager as well. They are both shining examples of what Customer Service should be!

I would stay away from this seller, I have opened a claim with my bank to dispute the charge. The rear bumper pad I received from them was not OE quality either it was very cheap plastic. UPDATED: Their was a glitch with eBay and the seller never received the pictures although they were sent. After showing the seller proof screenshots of my email history they quickly refunded my money.
