    Awful experience. Came into for my 4Runner's 30,000 mile oil change - an appointment I scheduled over the phone a week ago. I show up at 8:15 am right on time, they don't have my appointment. They create one and tell me it's going to cost me money. I said no, when I bought my car from Right Toyota in September of 2024, I was given - in writing - 30,000 miles of service care, free. The guy says no, they don't honor that unless it's in writing and unless I have proof it's going to cost me. I say, everything is digital you can look it up. He tells me no, that's not his job. I will have to go in, flag someone down, find my documents I signed 17 months ago, print them out and bring them back over as "proof" that I don't have to pay. I have never been given the run around and list of excuses like this before. Every Toyota I have bought, all 3 of them from this dealer, I have asked for 30K miles of service and never once since 2014 have I had to run in to the dealer to flag someone down to "prove it". The service provider David said he'd do me the favor of putting my car in line for service but wouldn't service it until I had some documentation. I found someone who seemed as annoyed with service department as I was who came over and signed the paper saying I did have that coverage. While waiting to find someone to talk to about the services, I asked to speak with someone about buying out my lease. I was told wait in the front and someone would be with me. I waited 15 minutes, standing in the front and no one came down to help with my questions. I walked away and went to sit in the lounge and no one followed up with me. After waiting 3 hours for a routine oil change on a Tuesday morning, I had to call for a car update because I never received a text that my car was actually checked in nor a phone call with an update. When I called my service manager for an update, I got 25 rings and an automated message saying I could allow him to text me an update. Turns out the car was done, but I never got a call. This is the second time this has happened. Now that my car has gotten its 30k miles of service I look forward to NEVER coming back to this location. When it comes time to buy out or trade in my lease, I will do whatever it takes to never use Right Toyota again. I am SO disappointed with the dealership I have done all of my deals with as an adult who has bought all her cars from in the last 12 years!

    I bought my used car from here just have to say Noah Martens took care of us. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Was extremely patient and informative. Didn't get the pushy car Dealship experience which was great! I highly recommend going to see him if you're in the market for purchasing a new or used vehicle.

    I made an appointment online and showed up to Toyota. I took my car in to change a part. I was assisted shortly. I asked about shuttle service and was told the schedule and where I could wait for one. It was very crowded in the waiting area. They have complimentary tea, coffee and a vending machine full of snacks. I decided to sit in the quiet room which eventually was packed by the time I left. I decided to try the shuttle service, packed up my goods and went outside to wait. There is a 10 mile radius of where they will take you. Staff asked me where I would like to go. I was the first stop so sat in front with the driver. The driver gives you his phone number and when you're ready, you give them a call. Staff dropped me off at my location. I called when I was finished and he picked me up. Easy. While I was gone, I got a text and call that my car was finished. I checked out with the Toyota service person. They brought my car around and I was gone. Before I drove completely out of the garage, I noticed that the time on the clock was not correct. I could not remember how to change the time so I drove back in to get some help. It sounds easy, but really was not. Staff even had a little bit of problem but then figured it out and changed it for me. Thank you, Toyota.

    We have now bought five cars from the same person. Not only is he professional, he has a great sense of humor and has become a wonderful friend. Everyone there seems to be very helpful, nice and take good care of us. AJ has been with the company for quite a while and is a great salesman. We are part of the Toyota family. Skyler was fantastic at making the perfect deal and his attention to detail was stellar. Noah was incredibly helpful, patient, caring, took his time showing me several great 2026 options. The paperwork & financial process was smooth. They were both highly communicative and made the entire car-buying process stress-free and exciting. It's rare to find a salesmen this dedicated to customer satisfaction without any pressure tactics. If you're heading to Right Toyota, ask for Skyler or Noah--you won't be disappointed!
