Absolutely amazing experience with Manny and Monique this morning! I called ahead to see if they could help me replace a turn signal bulb. I didn't have the right tool to get the housing off. Monique was amazing on the phone and was even more so in person. Manny was extremely friendly and willing to help right away. Luckily it was 7:30 in the morning so it was really light. Manny remove the housing for me and replace the bulb and while it might seem like a small thing, it means a lot. The last thing you wanna do is drive around on the road without a turn signal. I wish the best to them both. I understand Manny's been with the company for a very long time and Monique is a manager as well. They are both shining examples of what Customer Service should be! read more

I got what I needed, and the customer service rep who rang me up, went above and beyond the call and make sure my parts were right

On two occasions we've gone to the O'Reilly store on Buckeye and both times we're given the incorrect battery. Then to only find out that they didn't have the one we needed and had to go drive to another store to get the right one. The website even stated they had many of them. Also, O'Reilly states they can change the battery for you...well the lady with face tattoos and fingernails as long as her fingers was unable to do so. False advertising and incapable employees. Unacceptable! A place of business where customers are in need of, more times than not, urgent service to only be let down and time wasted. read more

So apparently part of living in 2022 means that you can't put air in your tires because crackheads steal all of the hose nozzles from gas station air pumps. All of them. Every single one. From Gilbert to Goodyear to Avondale to Ahwatukee, good luck putting air in your tires. I stopped by here to see about getting some air, and one of the employees actually just brought a pump around from behind the counter and topped off all of my tires. For free. In the August heat. He recommended purchasing one but wasn't pushy and presented me with options. His name was Guadalupe and he was super friendly. I spoke with the manager (Shay, I think?) and let him know how pleased I was, and he seemed happy to hear it. read more

I purchased a battery In 2022 at Oreillys in Agora California, but it became swollen this summer and my 2019 vehicle wouldn't start. Lupe was absolutely amazing at Oriellys in Avondale. He came outside, calmed the situation and helped us get a replacement battery at not cost. Thank you so much. Been to this location many times. Always for my car battery. I have an alarm set to go off every two years to check my battery level NEVER fails. They are so good to change out the bad and replace it with a new battery. And they are just happy to check the levels. read more

I have been an O'Reilly customer for many years and was absolutely disgusted by the treatment received today at the Avondale store. Bought a part online from the store on Litchfield. I went to pickup and one of their drivers from the Avondale store picked up my part by mistake. So now I had to drive completely out of my way to get my part at the Avondale store. The clerk that helped me was completely rude. They thought it was a funny mistake. Refused to even give a discount on the $250 part. Offered a discount on the $10 jug of antifreeze which they didn't even actually give me once I looked at the receipt. You can get this part on amazon or Rock Auto for $100 less. This is why online retailers will take over. O'Reilly has lost a long time customer for good. read more

Came in on a Sunday morning at 8:00 with a nagging vehicle issue. Even though it was unlikely we would be able to fix our issue through parts that can be purchased at a Auto Parts Store, Lupe went above and beyond to help us diagnose the problem and find a place that could get us back on the road. O'Reilly is always a great store no matter where. I've been coming to this store for over a year and always had positive experiences. This store has a friendly staff that is always willing to help whenever I call or drop in. Just had one of the guys recommend a product to clean my headlight lenses. He said this was the one he's been using for years. What I appreciated was that it was the mid-priced product, not the one that was twice as expensive. Keep up the great work! read more

I went in to buy a headlight because mine was out. The fat hispanic guy behind the counter tells me to get to the headlight, I have to remove the bumper. He told me it costs over 200.00. Theses guys and young lady (sorry I am horrible with names ) we so awesome this weekend. I have used this location many times. Mostly because they were close and convenient. This weekend however they saved me from spending way too much money on a misdiagnosis. I HIGHLY recommend you go in here with your part number and do not trust that it is in stock at the warehouse when they say it is. I just lost time, gas, and now I have to wait 2-3 business days to get my $65 refund on a part I was told was in stock and waiting for me, but was not. Idiots working behind the counter and terrible customer service. They did nothing to make up for their idiotic mistake. I will never give O'Reilly my business again. Had the worst customer service experience in a long time. Went in to get a code check for engine warning light. It was busy. I waited until I was next in line. Then I approached the counter and told them of my problem and needed them to run a code check. I was told they were too busy and that I'd have to wait until all of the other customers were taken care of. I asked if more came in would they be in front of me, the manager, Nellie said yes, they are first. I asked if this was fair and she said it was store policy. Really, never heard of that one. This by the way was a very terse exchange. So I gave up and left. I went to another O'Reilly's on Litchfield Rd. Told them what happened, they apologized and said they had never heard of such a policy. 15 minutes later all was taken care of, my code read and explained and I was back on the road. My advice is stay away from the Buckeye Rd and Avondale Blvd store. You can do better anywhere other than there. Also, strange to see a tattoo of death, tear drop under eye, on a store manager. Have to give it one star, but is should not be a gold star, it should be a black star. read more
