This company is ridiculous. They come to our door to solicit business, we politely say we aren't…read moreinterested, and they don't leave. Finally had to get rude to get them off our property. A week later, they come to our door for an installation appointment that we never agreed to. I told the installer that we never agreed and he tried to walk by me to start the installation. I stopped him and told him to get off my property and all he did was smile at me. I asked if he understood me and he mumbled something and finally left. Do I need to call the police? Surf -- stay away!

Casey was working, thank goodness! After trying herself to activate them she had to call for help. She was transferred multiple times (they told her I didn't have the phones yet, though they were in front of her!) but never gave up. Casey stayed 2 1/2 hours after the store was supposed to close to get my new phones (4) activate and working. NO ONE ever gives this kind of customer service! Casey went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND helping me. Unfortunately I have had more issues since with billing and AGAIN Casey has helped ABOVE and BEYOND!! My experience with Verizon has not been the best with phone activation and billing, but Casey has been my rock through it. If it hadn't been for her, I probably would have said adios. After problems with it from day 1 (this company tells you they 'set it up' all ready to go...) I had to call the manufacturer myself. I found out, through the model #/type/serial #--my pc is an Edge 15--a DISCONTINUED model! After contacting them, I was told, "I agreed to this model, and it doesn't matter what's on the invoice"! I am replace a 65 inch tv because it went out during the storm I have been trying many different Tech people online. I went with Heellotech and was very disappointed with them, They told me I would have to remove the old tv which is a 65 inch , unbox the new one and put it on the stand I told them I am a senior with a bad back and live alone. I was told they could not risk the tech person of getting hurt but if I did that was my problem. But yet they would mount a tv on a wall but that would not hurt the tech. I will never call or recommend Hello Tech to anyone. There service is very bad. Don't call HelloTech!
