It definitely can get packed (for vacuums) but the wait is never very long. As for the car wash, it does a great job! It's not touch less and they've got a lot of different car wash options. The staff is always professional as well. The washes themselves can be on the expensive side (maybe it's just me. $9 for a basic wash that's the lowest one. Highest is $22) however they've got a pretty awesome unlimited pass. I pay $20 a month and can go as often as I wish. If you aren't satisfied with the condition of your wash they'll rehash it for free. All in all nice place.

My lil SS was shining better than the day I purchased him from the dealer. Great price points and I loved how they provided transportation as well so it was easy to drop off and pick up. Even before the car wash started, kid pulled out a hose and just hit the sides! (Was the hose the upgrade??) Once inside the washer, (you the driver do get to stay inside), the washing part started *after* the nose of my car was inside the auto-washer thing already, and water and soap and washer process *followed* my car starting from *behind* where the windshield is aka *after* the nose/after the windshield. It was like the whole thing was synced wrong or simply not meant to clean the most important part of the car to get washed. As for the rest of the car, haha it just looked like a dirty car that was made wet. I guess it was good for a laugh! Update: Adding a star for communicativeness after the review!

If you have a Canvas Convertible Top this place is great as their Nozzles don't rip through the top like power washers do. Used to get leaks going through Self serve power washers. I was given a coupon for a full service wash to make up for it. Not a refund, not an apology, and not a return of the substantial tip I left after I paid while waiting for my car. Why would I ever go back there? I've been in the past and have not had a problem. I won't go again and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know how terrible this place is so they won't go either.
