Sadly, we paid the extra 5 for an upgrade, which wasn't even done. Even worse was that absolutely not *one* drop of water or soap *ever* touched any part of the windshield at *any* point at all. Even before the car wash started, kid pulled out a hose and just hit the sides! (Was the hose the upgrade??) Once inside the washer, (you the driver do get to stay inside), the washing part started *after* the nose of my car was inside the auto-washer thing already, and water and soap and washer process *followed* my car starting from *behind* where the windshield is aka *after* the nose/after the windshield. It was like the whole thing was synced wrong or simply not meant to clean the most important part of the car to get washed. I went to Golden Nozzle Car Wash on 1/8/2020 with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that was unbelievably dirty inside and out to the point you could barely see the black. Let me tell you, for $129 they did an absolutely immaculate job. It went through a regular car wash where two men sprayed my car down for me before going in, got vacuumed by a group of very friendly gentleman that vacuumed the gist of it quicker than I thought possible, went in to the actual detail, went through the car wash again, and then was hand dried! I could not believe the job the men that detailed my Jeep did. It was so filthy with mud and crumbs from kids and who knows what else and now it is absolutely spotless. Like I could not find a speck of dirt or a spot even if I wanted to 100% spotless. I met one of the men that did it and made sure to thank them and tip but now after going home and examining the vehicle, I wish I would have asked for his name so I could request him every single time now. Because after the unbelievably good job that the two men did I will no longer be going anywhere else for my vehicle to be detailed. I 110% recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Every part of my experience was pleasant and I could not be any more happy with how my Jeep came out especially from how dirty it was. I've never seen it shine like it does now. For $129 you can NOT beat it. I made sure to post ample amount of pictures just to see for yourself (I just wish I took before pictures now). Thank you again to the men that did my Jeep! I will definitely be coming back or contacting to find out so I can request again. And to whoever runs this facility these men deserve great praise for their hard work for sure! :) read more

I never wanted a subscription and they didn't explain that they would continue to charge my credit card. I could not cancel this online. I will have to go to the car wash to try to cancel. If they don't, I'll dispute with my cc company and let them eat the $35 charge for a dispute. I have used them for quite a while and this one practice, which is new is the reason I won't go back. I'll use the other car wash that's just down the road. You've lost a customer with this practice. read more

Gardner location- Friendly staff and good car wash. I would have given a higher rating if they had a vacuum facility as they advertised. The parent owner Nouria Energy which controls the website lists wrong numbers for some listings and incorrect info. read more

I have a 3 week old brand new vehicle. Went through the car wash and it melted the front fender of my vehicle. I called and they are taking no responsibility for it. So look at your vehicles really good before you leave the car wash. Scratches. read more

By far the best car wash around! The wash itself is very thorough, and even on the busiest of days the teams seems to move the line through very quickly. Staff is very well trained and organized in what I could foresee being a chaotic environment without the right leadership. Management is doing something right! read more

915 Columbus Ave., Springfield Massachusetts is where this Golden Nozzle is located. I like the car wash however the staff in the Bay Area we're absolutely horrible. Some young kid with attitude dried off my car, then did a horrible job of cleaning my weather tech mats, when I asked him if he could clean my mats he gave attitude and did a half ass job, my mats or worse off after he cleaned them I ended up having to clean them the right way at my house. I had a generous tip that I was ready to give but after this shitty job I gave one dollar tip and that was even too much I miss the old crew pre-COVID ,it looks like they have a new crew there. read more

If there was a zero rating, I would give that rating. I have been an unlimited 19.99 member for 1 year. I use the washes on Grove Street, Lincoln Street, and West Boylston Street in Worcester. The washes are minimal at best and I get my car washed at least 3-4 times. I realize that I should have cancelled the membership early on as I didn't see a difference between the 14.99 and 19.99 washes. This month, I noticed that my charge went up to 24.99. I called customer service today and was told that my 19.99 was a "promo" and ended after a year. And she proceeded to tell me that all the car wash locations have signage up that says the promo amounts were changing. Promo??!! When I signed up for the membership there was NO promotional rate discussed, just levels of washes. Signage?? There is absolutely NO SIGNAGE at any of the 3 locations that I visit. Customer Service called me back very quickly, although not customer service oriented. I cancelled my membership and let them know that I felt taken advantage of. read more

I have a wash pass and visit frequently. Today when I had my car washed the machine stopped during the wash, after the wash I saw that the brushes had scraped up the top coat all over the hood of my car and I will have to have them buffed out. No one answers the phone at the location or at the customer service line. Very disappointing! read more

My car is like new! So I stopped into Golden Nozzle and talked with a manager named Cliff. He had a sunny disposition and was so wonderful to speak with! He directed me to Steph who would be detailing my RAV4. Steph was so kind and directed me to the Customer Lounge where I got to kick back, watch TV, eat popcorn, drink coffee, catch up on the latest magazines and take advantage of the free wifi provided. The entire staff all kindly said hi and asked how I was doing as they were passing through. The outcome of the detailing service was better than I could have hoped for! I just got back from a long weekend away with friends and ever the recycler- I brought home all of the empty bottles and cans from the weekend. To paint a picture there were 14 of us who haven't been together in one place in a few years, so there were a lot of bottles and cans that came back from the house with me. Steph had to deal with a trunk that smelled like a dive bar who's floor hadn't been cleaned since the day it opened 30 years ago. Not to mention how I've neglected to have my car detailed since purchasing it 10 months ago. I love their deals for washing your cars. It's a full service car wash. For $29.99 a month I can wash the exterior of my car and have my car vacuumed, windows cleaned, fragrance spray and outside of car dried an unlimited amount of times. They offer free WiFi, water, coffee, popcorn and dog bones while you wait. I know the choices are random, but they're free. So for bang for your buck, you can't go wrong. You can also wash your car at any golden nozzle in the area, you don't just gave to go there. read more

Had GREAT service today. Came in with my Uncles truck to get it cleaned as a thank you. All staff were very friendly. The one teen who noticed I hadn't been helped yet to get my car vacuumed because they were on other cars told me he would take care of it for me with an enthusiastic tone. He asked me questions on if some things should be thrown away or not, was very fast and thorough with vacuuming and wiping down everything. Towards the end when someone else was finishing up my window, he asked me if I could tell how much he loved his job. Great customer service is what he believes in and that's something he will never change if he ever moves on to different work he says. Will continue to bring cars here to get cleaned if service stays this way; which I forsee it staying. read more

Great drive through quick but complete car wash. Clean. New. Staff worked hard to pretreat my car. Actually complete with colorful solutions and bright banners evoking a theme park ride. I drive through on 91 and I will consider driving that far out of my way again. read more

I recently went to this car wash and paid $28.00 to have the exterior and interior of my car cleaned. It was an extra $15.00 to have them dry the car, vacuum, clean the windows and wipe down the front inside portion of the car. I was there early on a Saturday morning when they weren't busy. The exterior wash was fine, but I would never pay again for the interior cleaning. There was 3 guys standing around on their phones, while 1 guy was doing my car. My back windows were all streaked and nothing was wiped down in the car. I didn't get $5.00 worth of service let alone $15.00. I won't be choosing that service again as it's a total waste of money. read more

I signed up for the $14.99 monthly unlimited car wash package at the Golden Nozzle on Grove Street in Worcester ... I have been going to that one all winter ... The guys that they have had working there since I've started were very friendly and courteous ... Today I went through as usual and there were two new men ... when i signed up for the monthly washes they have a sticker that goes on the windshield ... people usually put them on the drivers side ... but I personally find a sticker on the drivers side is distracting to me as I'm driving . They said no problem to me putting it on my passenger side next to my inspection sticker. Today the 2 men gave me a hard time about it being there and I have to move it ... I explained why ... and they basically said they don't give a shit and they cant step over the tracks to scan it . So it was either move it or I cant be a part of the monthly deal .... so I said to just cancel it ... Then he proceeded to spray my vehicle down as he STEPPED OVER THE TRACKS ... So I will sign up with someone else ... Assholes read more

Website says they open until 8 o'clock. However their detailing is "up to the discretion of the manager". So don't go there expecting to get your car detailed anytime you want. I arrived at 5:45 PM and was turned away. I was told they didn't have enough people on after 6 o'clock. Well your website should say that detailing is not always offered or specify the times that it is offered. read more

We washed our car here this evening and were surprised by how thoroughly the automated system worked. We were skeptical that the machine could wash our car as thoroughly as people, but in fact it worked great, and we didn't even have to get out of the car. Thanks, Golden Nozzle! read more
