Even before the car wash started, kid pulled out a hose and just hit the sides! (Was the hose the upgrade??) Once inside the washer, (you the driver do get to stay inside), the washing part started *after* the nose of my car was inside the auto-washer thing already, and water and soap and washer process *followed* my car starting from *behind* where the windshield is aka *after* the nose/after the windshield. It was like the whole thing was synced wrong or simply not meant to clean the most important part of the car to get washed. As for the rest of the car, haha it just looked like a dirty car that was made wet. I guess it was good for a laugh! Update: Adding a star for communicativeness after the review!

PS they have employees that know how to drive a Standard like my car is, so no worries about getting out of my car and leaving it in their capable hands. If you have a Canvas Convertible Top this place is great as their Nozzles don't rip through the top like power washers do. Used to get leaks going through Self serve power washers. Here my car never gets wet on the interior. Highly Recommend.

I actually put my hand out the window when the hot wax light was on, and it was as cold as my heart. It's like the same exact car wash as before when it was $12. The underbody spray is useful when spraying off salt off your car so it doesn't rust. Update: They just increased every wash by $3 again. It's now $18 for the top of the line wash. What a joke!
