They sent what looked like inexperienced day laborers, one of whom was wandering around and peering into my neighbor's windows. The boards and posts they used were bowed and cracked, and the finished fence looked worse than the one they replaced. Ergeon did send a second crew to swap the boards, but left the bad posts in place. Those posts are now coming loose from the concrete and bending. When I reached out for help, I never received a single callback or reply. Now I have to pay out of pocket to redo the entire fence before it collapses into my neighbor's yard. Ergeon took my money, delivered shoddy work, and went completely silent when it mattered most. Look elsewhere.

Karla did a supurb job keeping me informed of the start date (delays because of the heavy rains,) The team built a board on board fence with a lattice topper to replace a partially fallen existing fence, as well as two side-entry gates. Both side yards had shrubs, plants, and small trees on the property line. The team was very careful working around them to minimize need to trim. The 2-3 man team worked very efficiently and completed the whole project in less than 3 full days. Worksite was cleaned up at each days' end. Excellent communication from start to finish, and a nice follow-up text from the owner. The estimate and the final cost were both in line with the last minute modification to the gate I made during construction.

Their communication and overall quoting process were great, and they seemed to really know their stuff. Their pricing was also fair and reasonable. I was looking to fix a leaning fence. Super-Builders was really responsive and came by a couple days later to evaluate and quote the project. They even offered an option for me to consider that was a little more expensive but would result in a longer lasting fix. Why didn't I use them you ask? I am figuring out a fence repair with a landlord next door who hasn't been the easiest to work with. In spite of this, Super-Builders was very patient and even worked through different quote options. My only regret is that I wish I could have moved forward with them, but my landlord/neighbor wore me down, so we're going with his "handyman" approach which I know I will regret.
