Now we're just past our warranty and one of our posts is loose and pulling the fence apart. I called to see if they could help; they said they would call back but never did. They even sent me a text but I replied two different times and never got a response. Pretty unprofessional, but I'm happy to deal with someone else. Our fence has been way more of a hassle than it should have been.

Karla did a supurb job keeping me informed of the start date (delays because of the heavy rains,) The team built a board on board fence with a lattice topper to replace a partially fallen existing fence, as well as two side-entry gates. Both side yards had shrubs, plants, and small trees on the property line. The team was very careful working around them to minimize need to trim. The 2-3 man team worked very efficiently and completed the whole project in less than 3 full days. Worksite was cleaned up at each days' end. Excellent communication from start to finish, and a nice follow-up text from the owner.
