From the moment I went in until the time I left, I was well taken care of. The ladies in the office were very kind and professional. Greg was the one who I had the most contact with and he was always willing to explain exactly what was going on and he dealt with the insurance and made sure that everything was fixed and done correctly. If you do find yourself in an accident, this is the place that I would recommend. Travelers was worn out by their tactics to overcharge and we were also. They will hold your vehicle until you pay cash or cashiers check. Threatening to charge $125.00 per day that they have your vehicle until you pay up. Duress and extortion are the tactics used here. Definitely 0 stars is what they deserve. They do not care if they are sued, as we are pursuing that route now. No wonder they are not members of the Better Business Bureau. Pathetic!

The local junk car dealer told me Eli's would be charging me a daily $20.00 storage fee; he was deducting that amount from the price he was offering me. With that information, I quickly decided to move the vehicle to a friend's house and wait for adjuster. When I arrived at Eli's, to meet the tow truck driver, I couldn't see my vehicle. I went inside looking and asking for my vehicle. I was very impressed with the staff. Even though the staff knew the vehicle was going to be totaled, they had moved my vehicle to a covered area because it was raining. The staff was protecting the interior of the vehicle. When I went inside the office to take care of the bill, they did not charge me for storage. All I paid was the wrecker fee. I was quite impressed with the staff.
