First off it took them two weeks to do a simple recall job and then since they got no money from me they broke my liftgate trying to get me to pay for something. The manager is a very disrespectful person raising her voice at me and telling me they are not paying for the damage. Brewster Ford and its workers are horrible, horrible, horrible.
