They responded via text, and we confirmed the appointment that way. Since I was traveling from Las Vegas specifically to see a vehicle, I needed someone available on Sunday. After driving 6.5 hours to get here, they never showed up. Despite confirming the appointment, they ignored my follow-up texts and never responded to my call. I texted to get a pre-purchase inspection done. They made everything easy, communication was good, and they send pictures with options for video or calling. They allow you to pay online through a square or cash app payment which was great for me since I'm located in another state. They approved the car I was going to buy, but unfortunately Larry H. I contacted this company to do a pre purchase inspection for me as I wanted to buy a vehicle in Tucson and have it shipped to me in Honolulu. I'm so glad I did! Michele answered my call and was very nice and friendly. I contacted her an hour or 2 before the dealership closed. She assured me they'd (she and her husband the mechanic) go first thing in the morning. She was in contact with me and updating me the whole way. From contacting the dealership, eta, waiting for the keys and so on. Upon inspection they found so many things wrong with this vehicle that was not brought to my attention by the salesman at this dealership. The car had oil leaks, been in an accident, and the paint job wasn't as nice as the dealership was trying to portray. The dealership was asking 9k and it would have cost me 2k to ship to Hawaii! Michele and Rob just saved me $11k! I'm so glad I contacted them before purchasing that vehicle! I highly recommend this company and would definitely call them again! Oh! This business is run by Rob and his partner Michelle, both of whom live and breathe automobiles. After working with them recently, I would argue that they are among the best mechanics working in Tucson. I am not someone who has a lot of working car knowledge, which is why when I had the misfortune of my car engine overheating in public one morning, I anticipated spending hundreds, if not thousands of dollars between towing and repairs. Fortunately for me, I decided to take a chance on a mobile mechanic, and found this place. Their initial response time was incredible. It took them a little over 40 minutes to arrive at my location after agreeing to help. Once there, they went straight to work, quickly diagnosed the issue (faulty fan motor), and provided me with some tips for keeping the engine from overheating and turning off. This initial visit took about a half hour and cost under $100. It got me back on the road in no time at all, no towing required. After the initial visit they provided me with a quote for the repairs, offering to come to my home to fix it themselves. I found the terms to be incredibly fair, especially in comparison to what other mechanics charge. Overall, between the initial visit and the cost of parts and labor, this issue cost me around $300, which to me, is an incredibly good deal. I will definitely be sure to contact Rob and Michelle for any future repairs on my vehicle. It's rare to find a good auto mechanic that cares about their customers and operates with the same fairness and integrity like they do. My Nissan frontier would not start, Gave these guys a call. They showed up sooner than expected & were able to diagnose the problem. It was a simple part but Rob figured it out right away & showed me how to fix it again in the future if needed. They even went out & got the part I needed. Simple rubber part to engage the switch behind the clutch, I had feared it was the starter. You should not use these people, they are completely unprofessional. For the past week they have been giving me times and whenever the time comes around , they don't bother to let you know that they are not coming and that they can't do the job. When they finally showed up , they charged me for labor and did not fix the car . If you want an honest waste of money and time then These mechanics are good for you. Gave him a call when my 2013 Honda Accord wouldn't start. He and I both suspected the starter, so I bought myself one at AutoZone. He and his wife met me at my house. An hour and a half later, he had the new starter installed and working. He charged me $150 for labor, which was less than the shops I had called. Will call him first next time. read more

Called to diagnose why my car keeps turning off. They literally just jumped my car and said what do you want me to diagnose? Didn't even run diagnostics on my car and I paid $85. NEVER AGAIN! Rob was able to come to me on a Sunday afternoon when most shops were closing or didn't have an A/C on duty that day. He was helpful and only was looking into the best or most direct way to fix my problem...not trying to add on services or unnecessarily diagnostics, but he was thourugh with things to monitor. Very great at what he does and nice guy too. I live in San Tan Valley A hour and a half from Tucson. I had to come here to do drill for the National Guard and my alternator stopped working on my way to base on the I10. I drove my car just with the battery and when I got to base it died on me. He came to the base and changed the alternatpe. Also took it to AutoZone for me, since it was under warranty still, and got the new one. He did it in a very good time and very good price. These guys are fantastic! Michelle got right back to me. Robert was able to check out a car that day that we were considering buying. Their pricing was less expensive than another company I called and couldn't even help us out for 3 days! Robert, the mechanic, was a livesaver and helped spare us from buying a car that had been totalled in a wreck and wasn't even mentioned in the report when we ran the VIN#. Yikes!!! After a recent service trip to my car dealership, they informed me that I'd have to replace my CV boot (part of the axle) to the tune of nearly $620 . Rob came out on a Sunday morning to take a look. He took pictures of the purported damage and gave me a full and thorough explanation of why he didn't think I needed the repair. He and his partner Michelle came prepared with quotes and sources for parts in case I had needed repairs. I was so refreshing to interact with people who are knowledgable and honest.
