They wouldn't allow me to submit payment with anything other than my credit card, because I have an Ohio license. Refused my money. With the $300 deposit and at almost 170 p day my credit card was maxed out. I had the funds to pay my balance back down, but my credit card stated that the transactions have a hold, and it would take days to release available credit. I was only a day short of having 5 days paid, hence would have been covered for the week. With my salary, and with what the company was sending me to cover the costs paying was not a factor, but again they refused my money. They said that I couldn't add my debit card to make subsequent payments so I could keep the rental and keep working. Even the lady at corporate stated I could make payments through corporate over the phone, once I added the card at the location, but the location refused to accept. I stated numerous times that I have the funds and the company I drive for is sending me the money directly, yet they still refused to help or offer other options. No real assistance, nobody called a higher up... nobody contacted corporate... nobody tried to override the system... nobody cared or tried to help at all!!! Rude. Insensitive. Calloused. Brash. I have used Enterprise for years. Years!! Enterprise was always my go to for rentals. After this experience of me stating I'm stranded, very far from home, need to work, and having an emergency and absolutely not one single person cared or tried to help they are no longer an option for me. I get business is business, but when you don't care about people or care about helping anybody...where does your business come from?? I also have my daughter otr with me and they still didn't care. I packed up all my things and covered my furniture, I already had loaded more than half of my stuff in storage. It should have been an easy and quick job considering storage was only 3 miles down the road. While they were loading stuff up I was cleaning and occupied. I feel since it would have been an hour maybe 90 minute job he took his time loading then wanting to take more time wrapping up my furniture which I didn't see necessary but hey I thought this guy is nice. So that took more time. Then at the storage too taking up more time to wrap furniture that was already wrapped. 2nd trip took a little longer because of an issue with the water valve to the washer but 2 nd load was smaller. Again taking time to load and wrapping while at the storage. So it took 3 hours to move my 2 bedroom house into storage unit 3 miles down the road. $450! Myself and my son went back to the house and found on the side of the road some of my sofa cushions on the side of the road. Went back to the storage and noticed scratches and paint off my washer and dryer that I've seen so far. I brought it to his attention and he did ask what he can do after saying things happen. I told him I didn't understand how moving my furniture 3 miles down the road, more than half already in storage and my furniture packed up And ready to go. My first experience hiring movers. I picked up the Truck, and Lorri Lopez gave me a contract that did not include the fuel discount, and would not honor the deal Erin had offered to me, just 45 minutes earlier. So the truck was 50% off, but the fuel was $.99 cents a mile, not the $.49 cents a mile Erin had offered to me. So Penske used a bait and switch on the offer to me to get me to rent the truck at a reduced fuel cost. Bad business, and I will not be doing business with them again

When we got here, we were not only given a truck with no signal or brake lights, but were also told we had to pay the "weekend" price of $.99 cents a mile instead of $.69 cents a mile. They changed trucks when we complained, but wouldn't do anything about the mileage fee. I was told to "call corporate". That will be another review, but needless to say, it won't be good.
