I paid for all three at the St. Cloud store, but was able to run over to Sartell to pick up the third blade. I had a remote start installed about a month ago. After the install I had no control over the…read moreclimate control in my vehicle. I called the guy (ended up being the owner's son) to tell him and he tried to tell me how to operate the climate control! I brought it back the next day and the owner and a technician looked at it for 5 minutes and then decided my vehicle was defective prior to me bringing it in to them. Other than no control over the climate control, I couldn't open the back hatch, an interior light would stay on, a tire pressure sensor came on, traction control warning light came on. The son was a complete jerk being condenscending and insulting to me and being sarcastic when I would ask him to explain to me in detail what needed to get done to resolve this problem. Same with the owner saying I was lying to them when I said nothing was wrong with my vehicle until they touched it. I lived with this for a week!! My windows would fog up!! I was either freezing or sweating from the system turning on an off whenever it did whatever it wanted. I could hear a clicking sound. I took it to my mechanic and he disconnected it and guess what? EVERYTHING was back to normal. My issue with Four Star is that they refused to think they messed it up. They said it was my fault. SEVERLY poor customer service. No one would listen to me. They took it out and I got all my money back. That was the absolute least thing they could do for me after this horrible experience with them.

The day I received it, I took it to a very reputable tire store to have them mount the tire on the rim and place it on the car. Lo and behold, the rim was unusable because it was severely bent. I called Proven and spoke to Travis. I asked him if they are in the habit of selling unusable and defective products. He didn't appreciate that question. He said they will send a replacement rim, which I agreed to. Upon receiving the second rim, I took it to the same tire store. After mounting the tire and placing it on the machine, they told me that the second rim is also bent and unusable. In the middle of winter in Buffalo, I am now forced to ride on a donut because of Proven Auto Part's practice of selling defective products. Calling Travis back once again, I was given attitude and lip service. He even alleged that the tire store just wants to sell me a new rim. The tire store doesn't sell rims. Travis told me that there isn't a rim in the world that is completely balanced, that the tire store needs to put balancers in the tire. The guys at the tire store laughed at that suggestion. I now have the cost of the rim, two trips to the tire store, three hours of my time, and the costs of mounting and dismounting the tire from the rim on two separate occasions from the tire store, and I still don't have a usable rim. I wouldn't order a lug not from these people ever again. Rude, condescending, awful products. Beware.
