Tue started helping me over the phone looking to see if they had the sensor in stock. They didn't have the sensor in stock so now we had to truly play the guessing game. So I drove my car to the store hoping I didn't loose all my coolant because the sensor wasn't really tight in the radiator. When I got to the store Tue wasn't there so David finished helping me. The problem was, they only had two of the three that I needed. So, the cashier called over to their Sartell store to have them hold it for me. I paid for all three at the St. Cloud store, but was able to run over to Sartell to pick up the third blade. On top of that, the cashier asked if I needed help putting the blades on and came out to my vehicle to help me replace the blades. Now that's customer service! I purchased a vehicle from Dave november 2024. putting down %90 cash as I just wanted to have the…read morecar paid off as soon as possible. the car the next day had check engine lights and sputtering issues and and coolant lights and I reached out to Dave and he never got back to me. a couple weeks later I reach back out to him and finally hear back that he's going to come get the vehicle and fix it. come to find out he charges me $1800 and it's still having the same issues and on top of that won't give me the title to the car until I pay for whatsver they did that didn't even fix it. many months later feeling very defeated like I just had to pay off a car that was an absolute turd and come to find out Dave is a close family friend and my family member had heard about my troubles and wanted to help out. we set a meeting between the 3 of us to try to find out a resolution. Dave offered me $4500 for a car I paid him $15000 for plus the 1800 for the "repairs" then after I denied that offer we decided to have them take another look at the vehicle where it then proceeded to sit unlooked at for nearly 30 days until we got bad weather and I needed the vehicle back. so after a year of trying to get this guy to help me out with the piece of junk he sold me we got nowhere. if I would've put the minimum payment down I would've just given the car back because it was trash but sense I paid $13000 down for the $15000 car dave just rolled me over and took my money and didn't offer any help at all over the course of a year. all in all I guess what I'm saying is IF DAVE WILL SCREW HIS FRIENDS NEPHEW OVER HELL PROBABLY SCREW YOU OVER TOO! many of the times I'd come drop off payments dave would also be intoxicated while in the office, the first night I met him there it was later in the evening and I thought maybe they where just hanging around having a couple after work but after dropping off a few months of payments in person he was intoxicated often. Dave's an alcoholic robber of a car salesman and I wouldn't recommend buying a car from him at all.

The printed estimate listed a few items like brake pads but no inspection fee. When my friend's car was towed in she asked them to check the starter, brake pads, and a couple smaller items. Later she got a call saying it was not the starter but the battery. She agreed to replace the battery parts and labor only. She was never asked to approve any inspection fees. When we came to pick up the car there were two inspection charges added, one for $9.99 and one for about $40. My friend reminded Joe he had said there would be no charge. I confirmed I had heard him say this. Instead of simply addressing it, Joe said things like "you guys are looking for free stuff," cut my friend off several times by putting his hand in the air, and even took a phone call while speaking with us. He removed the charges only after we pressed him. When we came back later because my friend had dropped her chapstick, Joe looked at us and said to another employee, "They're probably here to say something's wrong," while staring. We had not even spoken yet. We are two Black women in St. Cloud and the way we were treated was mean, dismissive, and unprofessional. This is not about wanting something for free. It is about being charged only for what was agreed to and being treated with basic respect. I hope management addresses this so no one else has to experience it.

We went to pick it up and they did not fix the issue!!! instead they told us it would need to be fixed by the dealership but charged us $900 for what ever they did. WE DID NOT WANT TO PUT MONEY INTO THIS VEHICLE!! now we are down $900 and have to go to a dealership to put money into whatever they will do. YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD US YOU CAN'T FIX THE WHOLE THING! we wouldn't have worked on the car at all! Tires Plus CANNOT be trusted!
