They should have never sold this trailer, it should have been scrapped. The owner sent me a check for $4500.00, it only covered a 1/4 of what needed to be repaired on it. I'm writing this review for anyone looking from another state to buy anything from these guys. In all my years I never thought anyone ethical could sell this trailer to anyone in such unusable and poor condition. The owner of this business is a prick. Buyer beware!! I called the guy (ended up being the owner's son) to tell him and he tried to tell me how to operate the climate control! I brought it back the next day and the owner and a technician looked at it for 5 minutes and then decided my vehicle was defective prior to me bringing it in to them. Other than no control over the climate control, I couldn't open the back hatch, an interior light would stay on, a tire pressure sensor came on, traction control warning light came on. The son was a complete jerk being condenscending and insulting to me and being sarcastic when I would ask him to explain to me in detail what needed to get done to resolve this problem. Same with the owner saying I was lying to them when I said nothing was wrong with my vehicle until they touched it. I lived with this for a week!! My windows would fog up!! I was either freezing or sweating from the system turning on an off whenever it did whatever it wanted. I could hear a clicking sound. I took it to my mechanic and he disconnected it and guess what? EVERYTHING was back to normal. My issue with Four Star is that they refused to think they messed it up. They said it was my fault. SEVERLY poor customer service. No one would listen to me. They took it out and I got all my money back. That was the absolute least thing they could do for me after this horrible experience with them.

I was quoted 175.00 originally but decided to have head assembly restored and replace with LED instead of halogen with myself supplying LED's.So with add on's off work the bill quickly jump to 500.00 when they call me to pick the car up! When inspection of work I notice the bumper had scratches that weren't there before. Well they didn't believe me they said they were. By the end of the day with them treating me like crap and insulting me and acting childish saying everything back that I said and making fun of me and it was enough with there f words and all. They gave me a loner to use why my car was there and blame me for the existing damage on loner! They want me to pay for existing damages!
