Unbelieveable POOR Service. Avoid this business…read more Terrible service and craftmanship. Put a dent in the rear driver's side of my 1973 Land Yacht Airstream - wouldn't own up to it Did not secure down larger awning. My hauler had know idea that All Campers would leave the awning unattached after they did work on it. It fell off! All Campers charged me $400 to reattach to the trailer when they caused the problem. Workers smoked cigarettes and left butts inside my trailer. Screen door latch put on wrong and they used a latch that does not spring, unlike the original. Latch also positioned incorrectly. Screen door they bent. Has to be shut by pushing front bottom of the door, opposite the hinge side. Screen door shut correctly before All Campers "worked" on my trailer. I advise : Do Not Use This Serice because there is NO service

We had the roof replaced on our 5th Wheel camper November 2024. We took a trip in June 2025 and the…read moreroof let loose at front of camper. We were 6 hours from home and no RV repair places within 4 hours of our location. We ended up taping a tarp to the roof until we were able to bring it back to them for repair. They admitted it was their fault an said they would repair it. They did not replace the roof, they spliced it leaving large ripples in the back half of the roof. They chalked the front portion with at least half inch of caulking which is already cracking. We sent an email to the owner/manager along with a video of the roof asking for him to call us after he reviewed the workmanship. We have heard nothing. We are extremely unhappy. We know we will have issues and are checking our options. This same company was supposed to have winterized our camper while they had it on their lot awaiting the roof replacement. They did not. We drove the camper to Florida in February and water started leaking out on the floor. When we got to FL we hooked up the water cautiously and the outside faucet shot water everywhere and water poured onto floor under sink. The water heater had not been drained and had a large crack in it. Due to our rural location and limited service people in the area we were not able to get it repaired for several weeks. Luckily my husband is handy and repaired the outside faucet and bypassed the hot waterheater. All Camper sent us a new water heater but the same model wasn't available. My husband had to install it with many modifications to the plumbing connections and wiring. Also new faucet they put in was also not install properly. We had to modify that also so it would retract properly. So we are NOT pleased with work completed by this company. We are currently checking out our legal options to recoup cost of roof.

My salesman, Joel, was fantastic. I purchased my Entrada 2600DS motorhome from Open Roads in…read moreFebruary. I live in Green Bay and Monticello is over five hours away. Even though I had looked at the same motorhome at a dealership in Wisconsin, I was not in a position to buy at the time and did not inspect it closely. Prior to buying, I had many questions for Joel about its components and how everything worked. He went out to inspect it for me and even went out on some very cold days to take measurements and photos of the ceiling vents and other features. This was my first motorhome and I was nervous about making this big of purchase. Joel really helped me out. I would also like to give a shout out to Sarah who helped me with the paperwork and warranty information and Mike in their service department who did the walk through with me. As I started using my motorhome, he helped me figure out how to use the tankless water heater and answered many questions. He always returned my call if I left a message

We are so happy with our purchase and experience at Open Road RV in Monticello!…read more This is our first RV purchase and we weren't quite sure what to expect, but everyone at Open Road RV was super in helping us with the process from start to finish. Corrine answered my first phone call inquiring about the RV we were interested in. She gave us a great tour of it when we came in. Corrine and Kelli were great at answering questions too and we felt really comfortable because they are experienced RV owners as well and passionate about the great world of RV camping. Sarah was excellent at helping us with the financial work and making sure we got everything we asked for. She was always available to answer any questions and is very personable. Adam in service was great to work with and made sure any issues were fixed well to brand new standards. When the day came to pick up our RV, Steve was amazing at showing us how everything worked and explained things that were very easy to understand for a novice like me, as well as talking shop to a more experienced guy like my husband. He made it fun as well as informational from the start through making sure everything was hooked up perfectly before we left with our unit. It was such a great experience and everyone seemed to share in our excitement! We definitely recommend Open Road RV in Monticello for their professionalism, kindness, knowledge and the way they all seemed to genuinely care about our journey into the RV world!
