I had already told them what needed to be repaired and didn't want anything extra. Only to be followed up with being told they were booked for a whole month or two. When I tried picking up my car I was told they were closed- which is frustrating considering on their website it say's they are open, M-F 8am-5pm. No one communicated with me regarding the change of hours and days. I live almost an hr away, and If I hadn't called beforehand to let them know I was picking up my vehicle, -I would have driven out of my way. Its just very frustrating considering I was without a car for a week because of lack of communication. No one made any effort to help resolve this issue. First of all their hours are very unfriendly to customers. They close at 5 during the week and only open a few hours on Saturday. Well most people who can afford a travel trailer work?! Lol Anyways, we got in to look at some options and picked out a trailer we loved. The one we looked at was sold and so they had another one in different interior colors. Well when one is planning on spending tens of thousands of dollars on a trailer- you pay for what you want. So they said one was on order and it would be here end of May- beginning of June. Ok. We were set. Well this was back in march. As time went on we called to see if they had updates on our trailer. They never had concrete answers but the time line kept getting pushed. Well we were looking at late June- early July. My opinion was if it was in the middle of camping season I would buy one when they went on sale in the fall. So we (not they) came up with a plan. We would order the different colored furniture which we were told would only take two weeks to get in and we would just put the other furniture in our basement. So it was a done deal. Paid and ordered for new furniture- also added on a washer and dryer in the camper. They gave us a delivery date. Well the week before the delivery date we called and they gave us a list of cement blocks and tubing we had to buy for the set up. (Most places include this in the trailer price). So my hubby went to town with the trailer and bought all the supplies. Friday was supposed to be delivery date. So we called Monday to make sure all was ready to go since we took time off of work to make this happen. No answer or return call. Tuesday we called and left messages again. No answer or return call. Wednesday we called AGAIN and finally got a hold of the salesman by chance. Asked him if we were all set and ready to roll. NOPE. They hadn't even started to get things ready in the camper and our new furniture wasn't there yet. So we asked when our furniture was coming in. We were told they had no idea and no way of checking?!?!. Are they the only place in the world without a tracking system on products?!?! Wtf?!? So we asked if it would be ready by Friday. Nope! So you weren't even going to call and talk to us about the delay?!?! Wtf is wrong with you people?!?! We were spending tens of thousands of dollars here and you can't even call us and communicate your issues?!? Well of course we were frustrated so I called the guy in charge. What a jerk. No customer service skills at all. We agreed it was not a good business relationship because if they won't stand behind their word, products, or service I would take my business elsewhere. I literally called a different rv place and bought and got the exact trailer we wanted in a two week period!!! I went back to get a refund check for the money I put down- it wasn't ready when I said I would be there- had to wait and then I had to go back because they didn't sign it. I will never set foot in this place again or tell anyone to go here!!!!! Their customer service is horrible and the way they run their business is not okay. So glad we dodged a bullet and didn't get it here. I would be afraid if there was an issue they would ignore me and not take care of it!

Just a quick example (and we've had more involved repairs than this) I found out yesterday my wife's car's back taillight had burned out. I called them this morning at 8:05am. They said bring it in. I told them I could leave it and come back but they said they fix is immediately. I walked the dog around The block snd the car was finished. Total cost for two burned out light bulbs and labor, $20.00. Another time my wife's front headlights and casings were getting glazed over from years of wear. I brought it in and they told me to save money to order them online at Amazon and bring them in and they would install them. I did, we saved money and the brand new headlights look great. With the help of our automotive insurance, I arranged to have it replaced at GlassWerks, which is located in an industrial park strip mall on St. Cloud's south side. They were courteous, professional and flexible with their scheduling. When we had to reschedule an appointment because of a death in the family, they were very accommodating and rescheduled us for a week later with no problems. They have a small waiting room on-site that has a couch, a chair, a coffee table, and a television with cable TV. They have wi-fi as well, though I was unable to get it working while I was there. The wait time, depending on the job, is about 2 hours. They did nice work, cleaned the inside of the vehicle, and got me going when they promised. I was very pleased with the professional service, the attention to detail and my overall experience. I would recommend GlassWerks to others who need glass repair on their vehicles. The business is located within walking distance of McStop (McDonald's) on Interstate 94, RJ's American Grill (a nice restaurant near the truck stop), and a couple of hotels.
