Waited long time to post this. This was years ago now,but I…read morestill get angry every time I think about the time I got f#c*#ed Got ripped off! Went in for 2 cv axels on my Chevy volt reports back to me saying only one was completely busted but other was fine for now. He suggested just replacing one But I told him go ahead and replace both I got the car and thought all was well. Then just 1 year later the other cv axel goes out. Completely torn busted with ground up metal and clicking, the rubber was visibly aged a lot more than the other side which was flawless and new still. These are supposed to last 80- 150k My car was over 150k when one had finally busted. Anthony decided to charge me for both of them and lie to me and just used the one cv axel he advised me to get! it ended costing me another $600+ to go to breaks plus and they did it in just a few hours as a walk in. This guy is seriously mental and he was kinda rude to me throughout our interactions and it took 2 weeks to fix he just kept putting me off and kept giving me new time frames and costed $860 plus lost time at work so more like over 2k for just one single $140 part to be installed after not having any transportation or car to do my pizza delivery job with. He knew I was financially struggling at the time and took full advantage of me. Anthony if you make this right I'll remove this review if you just send the $600 it costed me and for the major inconvenience my PayPal is @Rhine717 Jacobrhineart is the user name.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND PUEBLO WEST AUTO TIRE AND DIESEL…read more After doing research in finding an auto shop to replace my brakes, we settled on this shop. They were friendly enough to provide me with a quote and got the appointment scheduled promptly. I picked up my car and all seemed fine. When I got there I was told they broke the wheel stud and they needed more time to fix that. That wasn't a big deal, but did raise question to me in regards to their lack of care. None the less I picked up my car and drove home. The next day I drove my now repaired car and all of a sudden after using said new brakes, my car flashes 4 warnings on the dash including the ABS, hill assist, vehicle traction control, check engine light, and at oil temp. HMMM...that seems very odd given I just got my car fixed the day before. Mind you I've never had any check engine lights on this vehicle. We call Joe back and he said to bring it back to the shop to get it checked out, all seems OK to me. Here's where the fun began...Joe calls back and let's me know unfortunately now my transmission solenoid is magically broken, which is a $1500+ fix. WOW! So you are telling me that a perfectly good car that had no issues prior to getting my brakes fixed now has ANOTHER MORE EXPENSIVE issue with it?! That makes ZERO SENSE. We then go back and forth with Chris who proceeds to tell us the same and says there is no way in which the two issues are related. Seems highly suspicious. Chris, while being a certified master technician clearly isn't aware that ABS, traction control and the transmission all literally speak to each other through the speed sensors right behind the brake rotor. They refused to provide us with the diagnostic codes that they apparently ran, they refused to take any accountability for their clear lack of car with my car that led to now a new issue, they then told me to pick up my car and get a second opinion. Upon picking up my car we were greeted by the owner, Patricia Mitchell, who was very rude, condescending and continued along with Chris' same attitude that it's not our problem. She then berated my husband by asking "do you work on cars?" when we had actual data and information to provide them, which Patricia knew nothing about. When asking Patricia questions she refused to answer. She then got loud and said she was done with us. So much for customer service huh, I guess the customer isn't always right ;) After speaking with Subaru dealer techs in both Littleton and Pueblo they both confirmed it was likely damage to the wheel speed sensors during the brake replacement that caused issues with these various systems. But PW ATD wanted to hear none of that and took zero accountability in this matter. Overall - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, or you'll end up with another issue that magically appeared after your service. Better yet check the reviews before you go. **Since I can't reply back to the response below - I will address it here. Moral of the story - do not take your all-wheel drive vehicle to this shop. They claim below that brakes and your transmission are unrelated items, however anyone who understands how AWD vehicles function would understand that ABS, traction control and your brake module are all core components. It's these systems that all provide the data and work together to provide inputs/outputs to your transmission. In fact the transmission solenoid in question receives its data from the wheel speed sensor that is typically damaged during brake replacement. We did in fact speak with multiple Subaru technicians who confirmed the ABS sensors can be damaged during brake replacement and cause these cascading failures. We will be taking the vehicle to Subaru to now resolve the issues that have unfolded here.
