Obviously getting the vehicle to start was the most important issue. I had it taken to a HUGE Ford dealership that got it to start (by happenstance) but only attended to the oil leak. I was terrified to have anything else done after many replaced parts and finding out it was electrical. Justin had it fixed in less than a day AND found another issue, fixed it and I wasn't charged anymore than the original bid. We heard the tech say once our vehicle was complete they would be pulled in. We exited the vehicle and went inside. We noticed the vehicle that pulled in behind us was pulled into the empty bay we were told to pull in front of and our vehicle was moved into a waiting queue of another bay. When I went to talk the tech they said the other vehicle was there an hour prior and needed to get parts so we were moved and not told. If we were told that was going to happen it would have been no big deal, but because they didn't tell us we decided to leave. This grease monkey location has lost my business for good

Went in for 2 cv axels on my Chevy volt reports back to me saying only one was completely busted but other was fine for now. He suggested just replacing one But I told him go ahead and replace both I got the car and thought all was well. Then just 1 year later the other cv axel goes out. Completely torn busted with ground up metal and clicking,the rubber was visibly aged a lot more than the other side which was flawless and new still. These are supposed to last 80- 150k My car was over 150k when one had finally busted. Anthony decided to charge me for both of them and lie to me and just used the one cv axel he advised me to get! it ended costing me another $600+ to go to breaks plus and they did it in just a few hours as a walk in. This guy is seriously mental and he was kinda rude to me throughout our interactions and it took 2 weeks to fix he just kept putting me off and kept giving me new time frames and costed $860 plus lost time at work so more like over 2k for just one single $140 part to be installed after not having any transportation or car to do my pizza delivery job with. He knew I was financially struggling at the time and took full advantage of me. I spent $3,000 at other local Pueblo car dealership for multiple issues and I was finally referred to T's by a family member and I spent less than $700 and my car was fixed. My car is old so it runs into problems often and T's is the ONLY place in Pueblo that will fix it for a VERY good price and will have it done so quickly. Each time my car has never taken more than 2-3 days MAX! They ALWAYS call and approve w me before they do any work on the car about price and parts even if something comes up, they will call.
