10/30/2020. I will most likely not go back for auto repairs. I brought in a 2009 Ford Escape for intermittent no starting issues. My vehicle sat in the same spot for 24 hours. I received a call from Dave a mechanic stating my key was not being recognized by the vehicle when placed in the ignition. He asked if I had a spare key? If so could I bring it in? I do have a spare key and I brought it in. Dave explained that sometimes the key will not be recognized and the vehicle will not start. Both keys worked when he started the vehicle while I was there. He handed me back the keys. So that was it. No repairs. No cost. He suggested I get a new key and have it coded. He offered to code it for me. I left the premises in my vehicle. read more

Classic 24 hour towing is the worst towing company in the state of Colorado, stay away from these people. these people are incompetent. They let my vehicle roll into the building. They destroyed my Land Rover and did absolutely nothing about it ( not one nickel ) they we're not even polite about it. Here are some pictures of the damage they did. WARNING: The Salesman is a liar. Says all his vehicles he puts new tires on. Came home measured with tire depth and all four tires are different tread which causes vehicle to shake. Tell you anything you want to hear just to sell. And he mentioned all this supposed work done on it and I asked if those parts have warranty and if something happens with the new supposed parts if i can bring it back. Which was a no. Then the parasite didnt want to detail the dirty ass vehicle to spend two dollars in water. So get a quick rinse but inside still dirty as ever. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. All four tires are different tread depth if you put two new tires on I am santa. Even the response proves trash sales lot. Also as a mechanic I know any new parts have a warranty. These guys are absolutely amazing. Above and beyond. Period. We broke down (me, my wife and 3 kids) on a Saturday night with my truck and 5th wheel on 25 North well after dark and Mario and Aaron were on the scene in no time. And instead of simply towing my truck to the nearest Ford dealer and us being stuck to wait for the dealership to open on Monday, they were able to figure out that my truck went into regen and sucked up too much fuel - so they got us to the gas station, added more diesel and got the fuel system primed and working. Back up and running! Lifesavers! We could not recommend them more! read more

My jet ski needed to have the key program. When I called the lady at the front desk was nice and answered all my question. When I got their Mr Dave and Mr Andy not only program my key but they looked over my jet ski for about 30 minutes letting me know what else looked wrong with it. That was 30 minutes of there own time that they did for free. Mr Dave also inform me they they also sell jet skis and he gave me a great deal on a new one. These people made me feel like a friend when i walked in and family when I walked out. Thank you classic auto. read more

These guys were beyond exceptional. Drive Belt broke 30 miles South of Pueblo on New Year's Day because of a squirrel, and that's all I'll share on that. Tow truck arrived (from Pueblo) within an hour, and had me back in Pueblo within two. Guys had my truck diagnosed and fixed by 3:30 the next day, and I got back to Texas with ease. This place has the absolute worst customers service I've ever experienced. Heather the front desk representative is the most unhelpful person. The techs are clueless. They have zero concern for anyones time. Took over 5 months to have our stuff back and not work correctly. Avoid this place not worth the time or the money read more

Our Ram 3500 overheated pulling our travel trailer between Pueblo and Colo Spgs. Our roadside assistance was having difficulty getting us towed. They contacted five different places before Classic Auto came through--I guess the issue was mostly with my insurer--they didn't understand that there are different types of trailers (5th wheel, bumper pull, gooseneck). Well that didn't matter for these guys because they do it all. They sent two trucks out, and these guys were totally professional and fast. Saved our butts, totally cool, I keep their card in my wallet now--the only business card that's in there is theirs. read more

We were on vacation a long way from home, and our SUV overheated due to a coolant leak. We got stuck on Hwy 50 14 miles west of Pueblo. Tony from Classic came out promptly with an impressive tow truck and 5 minutes later we were driving along to their shop. We had to stay in a hotel that night, but Dave and team at Classic had our SUV fixed by 10am the next morning!! Vacation saved! Thanks guys! Also their prices are WAY cheaper than the other towing company we called in Pueblo. Highly recommended! read more

This is one of those places that I hate to review, due to the fact they may get too busy to take care of me! I found this place via work, all our company vehicles go here. Now I think most of our staff take their cars here also. Honest pricing and they don't tack on extra charges or work. If you have an issue withy your car, they will find it for you and fix what needs to be fixed, without surprises. read more

This company is in the business or preying on victims. I had my truck stolen and when it it was recovered, it ended up in their care. I was never notified that my truck was found and went on thinking it was stolen for a week and a half as Classic Auto tallied an incredible amount storage fees. I asked if there was anything I could do to get my truck back... and the only option given was pay the ransom. I asked if they could bill me, so I could have my only means of transportation and not accrue any more of these fees. . . "No!".... They have the right to hold it until I can come up with the money for this continually increasing bill. The kicker is. After 46 days they will seize ownership and THEN bill me. Sell my truck, and hit me with an 1800 bill. This is nothing short extortion by Classic Auto. The victim of theft and then police negligence and now this. Wish the thief still had my truck. read more
