At that time, Randy was often in the shop and was aware of the situation. I was trying to sell my recently passed mother's older but in very good condition Toyota Cressida. In fact, a man was driving down here from Okahoma to buy the car he had seen online, and did, although I had to reduce the asking price after Randy's got through with it. I took the car to Randy's for a minor repair. They called and told me it was fixed, but when I arrived they couldn't find the car key. I did not have another key because I didn't live here and didn't know where another key might be. They kept the car for more than two weeks and apparently didn't find the key but told me to come get the car. When I arrived, they gave me two keys, one for the ignition, and one for the trunk. (The original key had fit both.) They had removed the original ignition switch and installed a very messy looking different ignition switch (without asking my consent or approval) that stuck out about a half-inch father than the original. They also had torn off the steering wheel column cover and just laid it on the column where if you touched it, it practically fell off. To add insult to injury, when I questioned the hanging-off column cover, they said, "It was like that when we got it." Although, I have lived in Mineral Wells since then and have owned 5 automobiles, I would never let Randy's touch a vehical I own.

After hanging around for a bit, Cameron showed up to see if we needed any assistance. Again, another smiling face. After visiting with him a bit, he brought around an incredibly beautiful Grand Jeep Cherokee with all of the whistles and bells. No pressure at all from Cameron. He gave us the full low down on this vehicle and even printed up the information for us to take home. We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Shannon Pierce. Let me just tell you, what an amazing man. He and my husband have some commonalties. He just pulled up a seat, and we just began to visit. He shared with us the story of Ram Country and everything he is doing to improve it. We talked about how we all grew up, the car business, the people business and everything in between.
