I had my transmission rebuilt by these guys they did a good job at getting my truck back to me in a reasonable time. Witch was important due to it was my sole work truck and I wasn't able to work until I got it up and going. But shortly after getting it back the reverse went out in it and I called Geno and explained what happened he did not hesitate he had me drop the truck off and had the trans back out and on the bench got it back together and back to me in reasonable time. Didn't have any other problems after that. I asked what I owed worried I was going to have to pay for more labor but I didn't he shook my hand and we parted ways. Not sure what caused the issue the second time could have been a faulty part but he didn't charge me another dime. I'd recommend Napoli Automotive to anyone he is fair and did not feed me no b.s. told me what it would cost and approximately how long it would take and did exactly that. I was at my wits end with the U-Joint going out on my RV, Things happened that were mis fortunate that led me to Geno, He was so very helpful to me. I stayed in my RV for almost 2 weeks behind his Auto Shop, hooked up to Electric. I only get 1 paycheck a month and i was still short of money, Had been on the road since June 30th and the Old RV was more in a Shop than me driving and enjoying my retirement years. I took my 2009 Honda CR-V in for some major maintenance items; tires, brakes, and struts. I took Gino's advice on the tires and paid half what I normally pay for tires, but the road noise was substantially reduced and the ride just as good as the higher priced tires.
