New Nissan Rogue 2024 thanks to Luis & Manager!
    Maria S.

Luis went above and beyond with all of my millions of questions and got me exactly what I wanted and in my budget. I was super annoying the whole time but he made all my worries calm down and got us exactly what we were looking for! So thankful to him and the team for making my dream car come true! Second time buying a car with them... the service has been awesome too with the maintenance package! Highly recommend it. I also appreciate how they are on top of making sure you're having a good experience and they weren't pushy with me at all about buying or adding anything to the car.

Impressive Service. I was in and out in less than twenty five minute. My service sales rep was proficient and knowledgeable. All he needed was the Vin number To the vehicle and was able to give me all the details and tell me how to install. Sales rep went above and beyond. Would highly recommend visiting this area for your nissan car needs.

They had a little bit more of inventory but iiil not much due to the current situation. They did offer to sell a car and wait until it arrives. We liked the rogue but they don't have the sport one. So we are still not sure. Anyway, eddy was a great sales person as he answered all my questions and gave me some advices.

Parked my car opposite of all the others. With no room to open the door

Made an appt for 10am for oil change and tire rotation... arrived early. Told to sit and wait to be checked in, 10 mins after my appt time I go back and told the same thing. Finally fully checked in around 10:30. Told about an hour and half wait. By 11:50am sat and watched multiple cars be pulled back for service before mine but in after me... then told mine should be done soon, while I'm standing in front of it still never even moved from the check in. Another advisor said that things work on a "que" and that's why others are being pulled back before me. How someone coming in 2 hours after me get qued in before is even more astonishing. It goes back a few mins later and takes over another hour to be completed. Was given a discount for the wait that equated to $15... pick my truck up outside and parked so the door doesn't open and driven through food in the driveway. On a good note... customer waiting area was clean. Snacks and drinks available to purchase. Free coffee options but no water outside of purchasing.

The quality of the car was very good and exactly as described. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the vehicles they sell. I did not even make it all the way home before the vehicle started having problems. Since purchasing it, I have had to take it to three different mechanics just trying to figure out what is wrong with it. Two of them did not even want to get involved with the van because they had concerns about what they were seeing. The third mechanic has finally started getting somewhere and believes there may be an oil pressure sensor issue, possible catalytic converter problems, and potentially other issues still being diagnosed. The biggest concern for me is that the check engine light itself does not function. I have owned close to 100 vehicles in my life and have never once had a vehicle where the check engine light was simply broken or missing. I have also owned around six Nissan NV vans specifically because they have generally been very reliable. For a 2019 van with only about 40,000 miles to have a nonfunctioning check engine light is extremely unusual and very concerning. I cannot prove who caused the check engine light to stop functioning or when it happened, so I am not accusing any specific person of tampering with it. What I can say is that the dealership sold me a vehicle with a nonfunctioning check engine light, and serious problems became apparent almost immediately after I left. I understand the vehicle was sold as-is. I am not pretending that means the dealership promised me a warranty. But buying something as-is and buying a vehicle where a basic warning system does not even function are two very different things in my opinion. As a buyer, I reasonably expected the check engine light to work so that I could actually know if the vehicle was reporting serious problems. I have now spent nearly a month dealing with mechanics and trying to understand what exactly I purchased. I feel the condition of this vehicle was seriously misrepresented, and I would have never knowingly purchased it in this condition. At this point, I believe the reasonable solution is for Auto Club of Miami to either take the van back and refund what I paid or cover the cost of properly diagnosing and repairing the problems. Until this is resolved, I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before handing over any money, including specifically verifying that the check engine light and other warning systems actually function.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from CarMax and recently traded in or sold them my 3rd. I appreciate the fact that the first offer they give is generally their best, and there is usually no room or chance for haggling or negotiating and all the BS that comes with that. Most importantly, I've never walked away feeling that I wasn't treated fairly or didn't get at least an above average deal. During our most recent experience we were buying a new car from another dealership, but their trade-in offer on our existing vehicle was very low. When we checked Kelly Blue Book/Edmunds to see what the trade-in was worth, we received an immediate offer from CarMax that was above what KBB indicated we should expect to receive at a dealership, and it was valid for several days. When we came here to do the trade-in, the process was relatively painless, though not necessarily quick. When we arrived here at around 11 a.m. on a Friday, we were about the 8th or 9th car in line to get an appraisal to either trade or sell our car. It took some time to get through that line, then the actual process of the staff examining the vehicle, taking photos and test driving it took another 15 minutes and then once done, it took about 20 minutes before the trade offer was ready for us to view inside the dealership. The offer CarMax made was in-line with the one they'd offered us via Kelly Blue Book/Edmunds a few days earlier, and in my opinion was very fair. We then had to go to the business office to accept the offer, present ID and turn over the signed title, then pull our car into the service bay and turn in the keys. They told us the paperwork would take about 40 minutes to process and that was spot on. She called us over to sign a few things via Docusign and 5 minutes later she called us back to the window where she gave us copies of all the paperwork from this transaction along with our old license plate, a check for the trade-in and we were on our way about 2 hours and change after we'd first arrived. Simple, easy and painless with a fair price for our old vehicle.

However, cars cannot last forever and when it was time to retire my beloved Rouge, my first stop was Carmax to see the value so I could use that towards a new car. On Friday, I put in all the information about my vehicle into the Carmax website and got an offer that was valid for 7 days. Carmax gave me more than Carvana and so I took that online offer to the dealership on Saturday. The dealer offered me much less than the Carmax offer - so I walked out of that deal, and went back to Carmax to see the official appraisal. I made an appointment online, arrived on time on a Sunday afternoon (the last day of the month) - and was out with my appraisal which matched the online quote in real life in 40 minutes. I found this to be quick and painless, and a great experience. I did not get a car from Carmax, but I feel like they gave me a great and fair offer on my car which helped me leverage a great deal at a dealership for a new lease.

I live in California and worked with Giancarlo via telephone and internet to complete the purchase. Giancarlo was initially very friendly and assured me the car was in perfect condition. We agreed on a price, and agreed that the car would be inspected by Parkhaus1 Porsche in Miami (an independent dealer) prior to shipment to California. In our contract we also agreed that any issues discovered during the inspection would be paid for and repaired by Auto Source Group. "It is Seller's duty to ensure that the Acquired Vehicle is delivered in the same condition as when last inspected by the Buyer plus the completed Acquired Vehicle Repairs." When the car went to Parkhaus1 Porsche for inspection. The technicians immediately identified loud rattling noises coming from the transmission. It was abnormal and very obvious. As a next step, they would need to remove the transmission to diagnose the problem. Now unable to send a car that failed inspection, Giancarlo agreed to have Parkhaus1 Porsche remove the transmission to identify the problem. When the transmission was removed, it was found that the issue was inside and likely serious. The transmission would have to be taken apart, diagnosed and repaired. When the transmission was opened, it was found to have damage throughout. Multiple bearings, plus first, second and third gear all needed to be replaced. Here's a complete list of the damaged parts. They also provided photos of the damage. 1 PINION BRG (4POINT) 370.00 1 PINION BRG (ROLLER) 585.00 1 PINION BRG (CASE) 565.00 1 PINION BRG (REAR) 410.00 1 INPUT SHAFT BRG (4POINT) 425.00 1 INPUT BRG (ROLLER) 410.00 1 INPUT BRG (CASE) 410.00 2 DIFF SIDE BRGS 240.00 2 SYNCROS 1ST & 2ND 190.00 1 SYNCRO 3RD 190.00 1 Labor 1850.00 With the damage now documented, Giancarlo immediately backtracked on our agreement, stating that he wanted to cancel the sale. he wanted Parkhaus1 Porsche to put the car back together un-repaired so he could sell it to someone else, presumably without telling them about the transmission issues. I had already paid for the car, and I have a contract stating that Auto Source Group will make any needed repairs. Furthermore, I don't like the idea that Auto Source Group wants to sell a damaged vehicle to another unsuspecting buyer. Parkhaus1 Porsche was also shocked that Auto Source Group would try to do this. It is completely unethical. Per our agreement, I have asked Giancarlo to complete the repairs and deliver the car. Giancarlo refuses, and after three months, has still not followed through on our contract. He has my entire payment for the Porsche of $50,000. Auto Source Group is dumping good looking, but damaged cars on unsuspecting buyers. They are selling the cars As-Is No Warrantee, hoping that customers don't do a proper inspection. With nearly three months gone by, the car is still sitting in Miami with transmission out. Auto Source Group is holding $50,000 of my money and refuses to make the repairs. I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue with them and they ignore me. My attorney is now filing suit for damages with Florida Attorney General. WARNING.
