1 STAR -- ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE I genuinely do not understand how this dealership has a 4.5-star rating. This has easily been one of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a 2018 CERTIFIED (3 months or 4000 miles) Chevrolet Silverado on August 10. By August 13--just THREE DAYS after purchasing it--the truck was already back in the shop. Today is August 28, and the truck is STILL sitting there. Think about that: I have owned this vehicle for 18 days, and it has been in the shop for 15 of those days. The problems actually started the same day I purchased it. The touchscreen/radio was malfunctioning as I was leaving the dealership, and I immediately notified my sales rep. From there, additional issues surfaced involving the truck struggling to start, the driver-side window malfunctioning, a defective speaker, and suspension/shock issues. The mechanical issues are bad enough. What has made this experience completely unacceptable is the total lack of communication and accountability from management after the sale. I have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls trying to get someone to address this situation. I left multiple voicemails for Sasha Duran. No response. I repeatedly communicated with my sales representative, Amir, who advised me that he was forwarding my emails and concerns to management. To Amir's credit, he even sent me a VIDEO showing him forwarding my email to management so I would know for a fact that my concerns were being sent to them. My concerns and correspondence have been escalated to Sasha Duran, Mario Llanes Gonzalez, Savvas Georgallas, and Marjine Uddin. Not one response. Not one returned phone call. Not one email from management. Nothing. I even personally emailed the General Manager, Mohamed Babssi, explaining the entire situation and requesting assistance. No response from him either. Since I apparently cannot get anyone at the dealership to communicate with me, I have now filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and opened a formal corporate complaint. Corporate advised me that they would reach out to the General Manager and that I should expect a response within 24-48 hours. It has now been 72+ HOURS AND COUNTING. Still no response. The ONLY department that has provided me with any meaningful information has been the service department in Doral, and even those updates came after I repeatedly called trying to find out what was happening with my truck. They ultimately advised me that the warranty was not covering the repairs and suggested that I contact the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. That is exactly what I have been trying to do. Nobody responds. So here we are: I purchased this truck on August 10, it has been sitting in the shop since August 13, and today is August 28. The necessary repairs are not being completed, management is not communicating with me, and I remain financially responsible for a vehicle that I have barely even had an opportunity to drive. I have now requested that this transaction be completely unwound. These are not problems that appeared six months or a year after purchasing the truck. They began immediately after the sale, and the vehicle was back in the shop within three days. Management has had opportunity after opportunity to simply pick up the phone, return a voicemail, respond to an email, or provide some type of resolution. Instead, I have received silence. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, remember that the real test of a dealership is not how they treat you while they are trying to sell you a vehicle and get your signature. It is how they treat you when something goes wrong after the sale. Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this dealership. read more

Came to drop off my rental, inwhich i rent from this location VERY often, the last time i got double charged and charged $20 extra for "going over mileage" when i was told there was unlimited mileage multiple times, this time around i come to drop off my rental and immediately was given disgusting attitude by an older lady behind the desk with a black wind breaker jacket before even being told a hello or goodmorning. Just simply unprofessional and lack of customer service for such a customer service focused position. I again been renting alot so i already know the rules and place of drop off but even then i had 2 employees tell me where to park it which is where i always have, the lady inside then tells me "no" when i tell her i was established at pick up and drop off to leave it there and to drive it to another zone and hands me keys with disgust. I then relocate it, come back inside and she's attending another guest also with attitude up until the guest gave her free fruit, and i was redirected by another employee who wasnt even fully sure how to complete my drop off procedures, she then claims that the car is "low on gas because the system shows 99%" and i would be charger a fee when mind you i was given the car at 173miles of gas and i returned it at 176miles of gas i then asked how come if anything i put more into it then given and its at full and if she can review the photos they take at pick up and she claims she has to go by the system i then asked whats the photos are for and i couldnt get an answer. I dont care about the cost of it but its simply the principle and theirs evidence of it as well they just chose to ignore being incorrect and wanna charge for anything. Focus on retraining your staff and stop allowing hear and says everyone was giving different rules and directions and its unclear, frustrating and unprofessional, as well as an attitude check, thanks. read more

A pretty decent AutoNation located in weston. Recently had to come here to get an oil change and tire rotation and I have to say everybody that was working here, for 7:00 in the morning on a Saturday was very pleasant and friendly! The person I had a meeting with was very quick with getting my information set up in the system and one of my favorite things was that he was not pushy whatsoever about other services that may or may not have been needed on the car. I decided to stay in the waiting room area and overall it took about an hour and a half for the oil change entire rotation. The seats were very comfortable that I sat in and I love that they had a coffee machine that dispenses different drinks. I decided to get a cappuccino and it was decent enough but could have been stronger. They are currently doing some updating and Renovations so half of the place looks like it is ruined but I am not complaining about it because they are doing their best! The place is very spread out and I never felt like I was on top of anyone while I was sitting down alongside everybody else in the waiting area! There were so many seats in this area and on the first floor that even with almost all the seats full it didn't feel like the place was overflowing! read more

I want to share an issue I recently experienced with my almost brand-new Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid, which has just a little over 14,000 miles. While driving, the dashboard suddenly displayed a warning saying there was a "Problem with the Hybrid System" and instructed me to contact a dealer immediately. I had no idea what the issue could be and assumed it was some type of computer or hybrid system malfunction. I took the car to AutoNation Weston, where I had to pre-authorize a $224.00 charge for a "diagnostic" in case the issue was not covered by the warranty. The diagnostic results took more than 2 hours to come and they showed that a rodent had chewed through a wire connected to the second injector. An insulation plastic tube was damaged and a wire was severed. When I saw it I assumed that for an experienced Toyota technician, the broken and exposed wire would have been visible right away. AutoNation Weston quoted me $998 for the repair. After declining the repair and doing my own research at home, I learned that Toyota may be using plant-based (soy-based) materials in their wiring insulation. I also found information about a class-action lawsuit ("Rodent Lawsuit") where Toyota owners claim that these materials attract rodents and cause wiring damage. I contacted Toyota Brand Engagement Center and they denied a repair at no cost or a reasonable reduction on the cost of $1.222. Although they investigated for a few days, they never denied that Toyota uses plant-based wiring materials--suggesting this may indeed be the cause of the issue. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the required Toyota ORIGINAL part (82125-06060) costs around $65, and the repair was obviously simple and a mechanic resolved in about 35 minutes for $80. The mechanic scan didn't last more than few minutes. Given that, Auto Nation Weston $998 estimate and a $224 diagnostic feel excessive and unreasonable. It is disappointing to face this type of problem on a nearly new vehicle, and the lack of transparency and high repair estimate only make it worse. Toyota owners deserve better protection and fairer service. If you drive a Toyota, be aware of this rodent issue, use some sort of peppermint oil spray and/or even Honda Rodent Tape (Honda admits and come up with a remedy) and consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to dealership repair prices. read more

Purchased a 2024 CPO Toyota Sienna in April with a clean carfax and great inspection report. Within a day we began having issues with the lift gate. It was not matching up properly and would not close automatically. We informed them of the issue immediately and was asked to drive in for evaluation. I drove there, they looked for 15 seconds and directed me to a Toyota approved repair near my home. I drove there. They informed me it was prior damage or accident and wouldn't be covered under warranty. I informed Autonation. They said to drive back to THEIR repair shop. On another day I did, they said it would be covered and we made an appointment 2 weeks out. After 4 days in the shop and repair we received the car back. It now closes automatically but clearly doesn't sit flush to the vehicle. I asked the repair shop (Autonation Chevy) and they informed me it has prior damage and that's the best they can do. I called back Autonation Toyota that we are unsatisfied with the repair as the door doesn't sit flush. They tried to get us out of this and into a brand new sienna. They sent me specs, it is a lower trim level and they had all the fees included in the deal - dealer fee, tag fee, cleaning fee. I informed them we wouldn't pay this AGAIN and would need the same trim level as we shopped for a van for 6 months. Since that last message 2 weeks ago. Radio silence. Since the purchase of our vehicle back less than two months ago, 2025 EXL RAV4 AWD, we have had to bring it into the service department more than four times for a persistent vibration that occurs whenever the vehicle is driven on the expressway at speeds above 70 mph. The vibration is clearly felt through the seats, floor, and gas pedal, something you absolutely would not expect from a brand-new vehicle. To their credit, the service department performed multiple diagnostic steps including tire rotation, road-force balancing, and suspension checks. A Toyota field technician evaluated the vehicle and determined that the vibration was "normal," although one tire was identified as defective and replaced. Unfortunately, even after replacing the tire, the vibration continues. What is most disappointing is that Toyota headquarters ultimately declined to investigate the matter further and deemed the vibration normal on their AWD vehicles. Being told that this level of vibration is acceptable on a brand-new vehicle felt like a huge slap in the face. A reputable brand should stand behind the quality and ride experience of a new car. Although I am extremely frustrated with the outcome from Toyota corporate and the field tech's conclusion, I do want to recognize the Service Manager, Daniel W. He has been professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout this entire process. He has made every effort within his authority to address my concerns, and his level of customer service truly deserves five stars. My dissatisfaction lies with the unresolved issue and Toyota's final position, not with Daniel's commitment or professionalism. read more

The sales manager did not recall my name just three months after I purchased their most expensive vehicle, a Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. During the 5,000-mile service, the Service Department failed to change the oil despite my complaints to management. The service manager, Hector Landrove, did not address my concerns or engage in a constructive discussion. His approach resembled that of a mechanic rather than that of a true manager. I travel for work, so I arranged to have it fixed in February. They told me my car was ready for pickup, only to find out they were unable to match the paint color and only put on a clear coat. Why didn't Juan Martinez tell me on the phone before I arrived that they did not repair the chipped paint? On February 10th, I took my car in for an inspection because the trunk wouldn't open or close properly. They told me they needed to do a review, which took five hours. Despite this, I agreed to have the work done with them, thinking it was a professional and ethical system--something I now completely regret. The second time I went, they were supposed to fix my trunk, but after another five hours, they told me they couldn't repair it. However, I still had to pay the remaining balance for the repair because I had to cover the labor costs. I found this absurd, but since I am an ethical person, I paid. Then, they told me I had to come back another day for them to finish the job. When I returned and they completed the work, they told me that I now needed three different keys to open my trunk. I don't understand how they make decisions like this without consulting the customer first. I decided to speak with the manager, thinking he would help me. In reality, they've just been mocking me this whole time. He told me he would send me to get my trunk fixed by someone outside of Toyota, who practically never answered my calls again. He only responded when I started calling the main Toyota office, but even they didn't help me. They said that Toyota Weston operates independently and that I had to resolve my issue with them. To this day, I am still waiting for a response from the General Manager regarding all the negligence they've shown. No one has given me any answers--they just want to fix my car in their own way and at their own convenience, without considering all the time I wasted and the energy they made me spend. He told me now that he is a manager he can give me better deals which I'm curious, so before he could do bettter but choose not to? Sounds good right? Wrong!!! After my coworker choose the cars they like he said the price would be the total retail price not MSRP. We went back and forth so I ask him what does MSRP stand for and he told me "manufacturing retail price" then I ask so now why is he go back on his words? He told me total retail price is the manufacturer retail price lol. If you purchase a car it clearly shows manufacturing price and retail price on the sticker. That not even part of it, I told him if he couldn't keep his word then I can just go to a different dealership because I don't want to deal with someone like that. He snap on me start going crazy and I told him what great customer service he has trying to be sarcastic and he told me I've ONLY bought 2 cars from him acting like it's a lot and if I like go somewhere else. I have all the text messages to prove it too!!! If that's how he talk to customers then I guess this place don't need any business from me or my coworkers. This review is for the Service Dept. We have always had Toyotas either for myself or our kids and have been bringing our cars here for servicing for a very long time. We have had other Service Advisors but found that we could trust Mike Juan. We have never been told that something needed to be replaced when, in fact, it was working perfectly fine. We also have never had an issue with something that was under warranty not being covered. If you bring your car here for servicing, make sure you ask for Mike Juan! read more

I purchased my 2025 Camry with Justin. He was very nice and tried his best at making the deal. Overall, he's learning and doing quite well. The others seem to be a little shady. The deal maker tried to tell me that my tax savings was on the entire price of the trade in value. In fact I had to tell him it was in the difference between the trade in and the new car. The finance guy Scott Wilson acted as your best friend but he leveled up on the shadiness. He initially gave me an interest rate of just under 6%. He tried selling me an extended warranty. When he saw I was not budging he pulled a deal out of a hat. He said, I'm going to go ahead and buy down your interest for you to 4.75% and that's going to include the extended warranty. I thought I haven't a choice. If I say no, I don't get the lower interest rate. So, I accepted knowing I have 30 days to cancel the warranty. I wanted to guarantee the 4.75% that apparently I couldn't get unless I accepted this so called buy down he was so nice to offer. Really Scott? You're buying down my rate out of the goodness of your own heart and still offering my extended warranty. When has any dealership ever bought down a rate? I have since canceled the extended warranty and have received the credit back into my auto loan and kept my 4.75% interest rate. That alone tells you that story was BS. They also have all these extra dealer fees that other dealers do not have. The cars come tinted and having the car tinted is nice and convenient but the quality of the tint is horrible. Where to begin. Well, I dealt with a great sales rep Elijah who really is a geniune good person and isn't there to push you into a sale on something you don't want. He truly understands that the best sales people find solutions. They don't sell. Unfortunately, if only the GM Mohammad Babssi understood the samething. But like most people in these positions they don't. Instead they want to make things difficult for customers who are spending $40-$50k with them. What happened you ask.. Well, first I tried getting numbers that made sense as they had the 4Runner I was interested in well above market value. The manager Elijah wanted me to speak with wasn't available and I was forced to deal with Ricky Ricardo aka the clown from Chicago who doesn't know how to speak with people. Dude cut me off every other sentence and tried to hit me with outdated sales pitches that had nothing to do with finding me a solution. Instead he was basically a rude know it all ahole with an agenda. Thankfully the next day Anthony gave me a call when he was back and apologized about everything. He understood was respectful and frankly was kool as hell and was able to get me a price on what Ricardo didn't even bother looking into. Long story short I agreed and wanted to do the deal. From there Daniel in the ECommerce Dept, and Sebastian in Finance reached out in assisting me with everything. Some really solid good people. However, here's where the issue began. I received an auto loan from my state credit union. I told these guys and asked everybody I spoke with from the beginning if this would be a problem and was told no from multiple people. They send me the purchase agreement so I can send it to my Credit Union so I can get everything in order the next day which was a Saturday and also cause we are four hours away in the Tampa area and do not want to make multiple trips for no reason. Plus we have a 2 year old and of course work so we just want things to be straight forward and a simplified as possible. Not a problem they all tell me. I just need to put a $1000 deposit down to hold the car. Also, if I get there the next day l and I don't like the vehicle, they will refund the deposit. Sounds good. So not only did we have to arrange getting a rental to get there because my current vehicle has an issue with the rear differential and we don't want to drive it long distance.. we also need to make sure we get that copy of the check since it was the weekend as I mentioned. Well, the next day they take the deposit and since my Credit Union is on the West Coast I was going to contact them so we could get the copy of the check sent out which they would then overnight the actual cashiers check upcoming on Monday and all the sudden I receive a phone call from Anthony telling me that the GM doesn't want to deal with a credit union from California. Now instead the GM doesn't bother to ask who the Credit Union is and do any research on them even though they're one of the best credit unions in the country because he had a bad experience one with the California Credit union. Talk about being a dummy. From there, they want me to finance with them. Telling me, oh we can get you a better rate and match with they're giving you. And honestly, I thought about it for a split second, but then I thought about everything. Them initially not wanting to negotiate as well as the problems with Ricky Ricardo and I said no f'n way!! Mohammed, Mohammed, Mohammed, you are a fool!! Nor do you respect your customers or employees who worked hard and put time in to make a sale and hold up your part of the deal. You shouldn't even be in that position. Somebody like Anthony probably needs to be the GM of that store. Well, long story short I decided not to buy the vehicle. Pure disrespect, pure lack of understanding, no codes, ethics, and zero cares for the customers that you want to do business with. The point is there are some good people that work there but unfortunately, it's opposed by clowns and stupid people who should not be in the positions they are. F this place!!! read more

I had to come here for my first car service and everything went smoothly. I actually made an appointment via the app which was simple to use. I arrived for my appointment and was directed super quick to park my car and discuss my car with the advisor. I had Jose as an advisor who explained what to expect and when I should regularly have my car checked. I had a ride so I didn't have to wait around in the lobby.
