I went to this dealership with the idea of purchasing a vehicle listed on CarFax with a clean title no accidents on April 22 2026, a GMC Yukon SLT VIN # 1GKS1BKD7PR192528. We did all the paperwork and agreed I was going to pickup the car the next Friday April 24. After everything was done to my surprise I notice an imperfection in the paint next to the GMC logo on the right fender. After a closer look I notice a runoff of the clear finish. I immediately decided to do a troughfull inspection of the car. To my surprise I found this car was involved in an accident and it was not reported, different shades of paint between the front bumper and the right fender was also noticeable. I bought my first GMC here and had great experiences with regular maintenance over the years. I've been a customer for almost ten years and even considered buying my first Cadillac from them. Unfortunately, that changed after they mishandled my car twice when it was repaired following a fender bender. I no longer trust their collision center after these two incidents. They consistently dragged out their estimated completion dates and left me in the dark with no updates. It's understandable if repairs take longer, but customers should at least be informed. I've had good experiences with some staff members, like Bryan and the front desk representative, but Gustavo and the service manager, Felix, are no longer people I trust. When the work was supposedly finished, I showed up and the paint job was horrible. Dried paint drips were visible on newly painted parts, panels didn't sit flush, and they even forgot to put the car emblems back on. They asked if I could return on another day so they could fix the issues. I came back on a different day to pick up the car, but they still hadn't installed the emblems or tightened the loose parts so the panels sat flush. After everything was finally "done," I started driving the car and, about a week later, noticed additional problems. The A/C wasn't working properly, the tire monitoring system was malfunctioning, and the windshield washer fluid reservoir was leaking near the area where they had repaired the fender. I feel obligated to share my experience with Vera Cadillac because it was one of the most misleading vehicle purchasing experiences I've had. I contacted the dealership about a Certified Pre-Owned 2025 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 with just over 3,000 miles. The vehicle had a Tru360 inspection report showing a perfect 100 score, indicating there was no damage anywhere on the vehicle. I confirmed this with the dealership before making the trip and was assured multiple times that the vehicle was in perfect condition. Based on those assurances and the "100-point inspection," I drove 4 hours each way (8 hours round trip) to see the car. Within two minutes of seeing the vehicle, it was immediately obvious the inspection report was not accurate. The car had: * Visible body damage on the driver's rear quarter panel * Curb rash on one of the wheels * A gouged tire on that same wheel This wasn't microscopic cosmetic wear -- it was clearly visible damage that anyone doing even a basic inspection would notice immediately. Yet somehow this vehicle still received a perfect 100 inspection score. That raises a serious question: Was the inspection actually done properly, or was the report simply used as a marketing tool? After driving 8 hours based on their representations, the dealership's first attempt to resolve the situation was offering me a tank of gas. That was their solution after misrepresenting a six-figure vehicle. Eventually we came to an agreement where I would take the car and have the body damage repaired at my local shop. But the problems didn't stop there. When I got home, I parked the car because I didn't want to drive it with a gouged tire. The very next day the front left tire lost 11 PSI in about 24 hours, meaning I now have two problematic tires on a vehicle that supposedly passed a perfect inspection. To summarize: * Vehicle advertised as Certified Pre-Owned with a perfect inspection score * Visible body damage missed or ignored * Wheel damage missed or ignored * A gouged tire missed or ignored * A leaking tire discovered immediately after purchase * $1,600 in body repairs, yet the dealership only wants to cover $1,200 * Total purchase price exceeded $110,000 after taxes and fees For a vehicle at this price point, being sold as Certified Pre-Owned, this is unacceptable. What makes the situation even worse is the dealership's response after the sale. Their position is essentially that because the deal is done, there's nothing more they can do. That response shows a complete lack of accountability. When someone spends over $110,000 on a vehicle, they should not have to discover obvious damage within minutes of arrival, nor should they have to fight the dealership to correct issues that should have been caught during a certified inspection. The entire experience left me feeling misled and extremely disappointed in how this dealership represents its vehicles. Buyers should think very carefully before relying on inspection reports or condition claims coming from Vera Cadillac. A "100 score" inspection means absolutely nothing if visible damage and defective tires somehow pass that inspection. It took from a Wednesday until the following Friday (10 days) for Vera to diagnose and fix my Cadillac. I bought my last three SUVs (2 Buicks and a Cadillac) from Vera. This is over 20 years of maintenance and purchasing. Vera closed before 6 pm on the Friday my car was ready and I had to wait until the next day to pick up my car. As a note, they were not waiting on parts. Vera told me they were backed up. I had an appointment but I feel that was not honored. My Cadillac is not new. The loyalty for the customer is just not there with Vera. Total cost for a new air conditioner 7759.02 with 5500.00 in labor. No ride offered after drop off, no loaner vehicle. I think this is a poor business practice for the owners of older cars. Had I been given a ride in a nice new Cadillac this might have been a different outcome. I say treat all customers and especially loyal customers well. Also as a last note to Vera, stop saying it will cost nearly $600 to diagnose something. I had you fix everything, replace all parts, all tires, everything for three vehicles I bought from you. Why would I need a diagnostic fee? This was my first time visiting. I purchased a Cadillac SRX from a used car dealership back in September and the Q Screen is all sorts of messed up. I finally made an appointment to service it. At the same time, I have been looking at the XT4 since last year and it came out right after I purchased my car. Scheduling my appointment was rather easy on their website. I had tried a couple times prior to this appointment to book but they fill up quick. I finally made the appointment days ahead for that Friday. I was planning to look at the XT4 and obtain some information while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I am not sure why but they had to order a whole new screen and I had to come back. FYI, I was very detailed on the description box when I booked my appointment. They parked my car for me because they knew I was interested in upgrading. I went inside and was offered coffee and snacks while I was waiting. As you can see in the pictures, it was much nicer than most dealerships. I had several people assisting me with options to either lower my car payments or the best way to get the XT4. We took it for a test drive and it was different than my SRX. You don't even move the shifter; just press buttons to change lol. We get back and try several ways to go about getting the new car and trading in mine. Due to some accident prior to me owning it, the car has little value to the dealership. My payments were going to be over $1k a month (my credit sucks because of student loans). All in all, there were some features I love on my car that the XT4 did not have so I guess I was not meant to get it! The people in the sales department were not pushy or @ssholes like every other dealership I have been to. I feel the service department could be better. I had a loaner car because they needed my car for a couple of days. If you do not drop off the lender car when your car is ready, you will be charged each day. I communicated several times with my technician, Eric, that I work mostly at night and do not want to be charged if I cannot get there after 3pm. He made sure I did not get charged. Been going for years but never again as service standards are radically down, took Escalade in for a service and brake check, got car back with extra charges that were not explained as service report not available, more importantly they failed to review the brakes and I had a serious brake fail that required me going to another dealer to replace brakes, I also asked alternate dealer to verify oil change and everything that Vera charged for as total trust was lost. Up until this past week I was very satisfied with Vera. I have had Vera service my Buick Encore for the past 3 years with excellent results. I have been helped by Nestor, Mikell, and now for the first time by Conrad. I have used their valet service several times, always without any problems. But this time things went sour and extremely upsetting. I needed the ac to be fixed as it was blowing hot air. Ms. Maria Acuna picked up my car, she was very gracious, and very efficient. Conrad explained to me their process for ac service and even though I did not think (with the information he gave me) it was the most efficient, I went along and decided to have them service my car. Unfortunately, a day later I had a health emergency and needed the car right away. I requested to have the car valet to me and agreed that the car would be serviced the following week. Conrad agreed and arranged the delivery for that afternoon. But, the delivery valet service provided by Lisette Romero could not have been worse, not even in a third world country. Upon her arrival in my condo, Romero phoned me asking where she should park the car. I told her I would be outside right away. I live on the 3rd floor. From the balcony I did not see my car so I went to the other side of the building where she was taking photos of my car. I told her that my parking spot was on the other side right after a bush. She then proceeded to inform me that she was taking pictures, that it was so hot and that "this car has no ac" while shaking her hand, and that she still needed to call her Uber. Basically, I had to wait. All of this interaction with a loud voice from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. She than asked me if I was coming downstairs to get the keys. I said I would (Ms. Acuna had come upstairs to get he keys from me). Romero then got in the car and slam the door real hard. That was the cherry on the cake, I told her not to slam my car door like that, and went downstairs. She came out of the car handed me my keys and said that she was sorry if I felt that she had slammed the door. I told her not to tell me how to feel when I knew exactly what she had done, and dismissed her in an acertive manner. It was obvious that she was not happy because she had to endure the Ft. Lauderdale heat, that delivering a car without ac was beneath her, that whatever she had to do, while being paid and the face of the company that she represents, was more important than providing the level of service that Vera was known for. I was extremely upset as all of this incident would have never happen if Romero had been a person who knows her role while on the clock. So the ac was not working, that's why you take it to Vera. After thinking about the whole thing, I feel extremely disappointed and have decided not to use Vera ever again even though Nestor, Mikell, and Conrad have been professional, honest, and efficient. I have had an Escalade on order since October 2021. Then they told me in 2022 that I had to have a new order number for a new model? Now I'm using the new order number and Cadillac tells me that is not in production because Vera Cadillac has not put it on their production request schedule. I have called the general manager, Roberto, but he is not answering my phone calls. If you call Cadillac they tell you to call the dealer, if you call the dealer they tell you to call Cadillac! No communication at all! I've had my deposit for 15 months, very frustrating! 09/15/23. Update, I still have not received my vehicle and now they would like for me to change my order for a 2024 model! I called Cadillac and they still have my order, but Vera Cadillac will not authorize the build! They only want to sell models that are fully loaded with a accessories that I do not need. Don't ever come in for servicing here try Ocean Cadillac or Sawgrass for some strange reason the service here sucks. This is my go to place because my home is 2 mins away but each time I literally neglect my maintenance because of the issues we have here. First off my service tech Anwar is no longer here he was probably the only Black service person here very knowledgeable very nice extremely courteous and would always keep you notified on what's going on. Second I am not racist nor do I play the black card but coming to a dealership is already hard but coming here it just seems that everyone is already annoyed or have some type of attitude once you arrive. Now it's been almost 8 months and I've been trying to get the same issue fixed but each time it's a problem with coming in for service. So to refuse you they tell you that it will be this longgggggg wait or over the weekend when you drop your car off on a Wednesday how could you know this already? Thirdly we have other vehicles like Infinity if ever we go in at 7am they are always prepared and never keep the car more than a say. Here at Cadillac anything takes 5 years not to mention the cost. For a simple breaks change or something simple it's about 5,000 (I'm exaggerating) but I just refuse to believe everything here takes a week. Maybe GM should look to hiring more qualified techs that actually know how to service these big vehicles it really drives down the customers motivation for wanting to continue with this brand. I'll reach out to the manger but I just hate not being able to speak with the customer service person before going above them for their boss. It's just tacky and I'm sure management has other things to deal with before just teaching end coaching their staff on how to be courteous and go above and beyond for all customers not just the ones that share the same skin color. Horrible service! Bought my car from them a few months ago. They put a coating and waxed over any paint mess. So that way the car would look brand new, when bought. After the coating and wax melted away over time, you can see the damaged paint. The mileage meter also does not work since I bought it. $70,000 on a Cadillac Escalade and they sell you junk! Try to contact the guy who helped me buy it from Vera Cadillac, and he runs the other way. Didn't even try to help us! Irresponsible company and the workers are just as bad. I waited a week, called back and asked about the Yukon, and now Carlos stated it was on site and they have keys in hand. We just brought the first vehicle in for an oil change/tire rotation to Mike Erdman Cadillac in Merritt Island, FL. They looked up the records and found that "someone" had listed this car as having an oil change/tire rotation at their facility on 24 May 2022. Just for reference, Vera Cadillac is approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes away. On that day, I had a doctor's appoint that my wife attended with me. They noted the mileage as over 11,500 miles. My wife talked to Chris, who told my wife that he was a manager, and he didn't want to hear it. We will be contacting GM, the BBB and we've been told to file a police report for fraud--that may happen.
