Granted, I didn't notice multiple issues including oil leak, warped rotors, front end noise, and backup camera not functioning. Took the truck back maybe 4 times for warranty service and their auto shop consistently disappointed. They are the definition of parts changers instead of real mechanics. Thought they fixed oil leak (wasn't the gasket, cracked valve cover), they "couldn't find" front end clunking noise (clear as day over bumps), they replaced front brakes (rears were the ones causing the shaking). They replaced the backup camera (still didn't fix the issue). If you buy a car here, have it inspected. They MOVE cars like they're hot cakes and in my experience, they often overlook details. I 100% recommend Andrew Getty but not their service department.

More than 30 days later, despite two phone calls, leaving messages expecting return calls and two emails requesting the documents, I still have not received them. This level of follow up is unacceptable. Once the sale was complete, customer service seemed to disappear. Providing customers with their purchase paperwork is a basic responsibility, and I shouldn't have to repeatedly chase the dealership to get documents that should have been sent weeks ago. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

Perhaps it is on me for not asking more specifics, especially because all the numbers he stated were rounded, but after research decided I did not want 2 of the 4 that I added initially. So I called Friday Jan. 2, was told I would get a call back, and did not. I did this again on Jan. 3rd, Jan. 5th, and Jan. 6th and each time they told me I would get a call back, and not once did I.I had to reach out to my sales guy to get someone to talk to me. My issue is not the poor customer service, but that I went back to the dealer, met with Alex, who then told me I could not cancel the warranties I added because they "were integrated into the deal", and there was "nothing he could do". I was fine to accept poor customer service, but after being mislead and tricked into spending extra money, I cannot stress how I will be telling anyone who I hear is purchasing a car to avoid the Sam Leman name at all costs. A good initial experience has been ruined, and I will make it a point to never return any business sales or service here.

There have been several opportunities where they could have taken advantage of different situations where I expected a problem to be more than it what it was - but every time they've taken care of us appropriately. Brought the vehicle back and diagnosed that the pan was just dirty from regular oil shop. Picked the car up, still leaking oil so brought it back again. This time the ring was leaking and covered under the warranty. Brought it home and AGAIN, still leaking oil. Took it back for inspection, only this time the valve cover was magically leaking oil and not covered under warranty. Repairs cost another $395 with the majority being labor. Prior to the original repair the vehicle didn't leak oil. Very disappointed with the repair, numerous returns, excuses, cost, and warranty. Don't feel this place is honest and do not recommend others to this shop.
