    2025 Toyota Camry SE hybrid in reservoir blue

    Sebastian Garcia is a great salesperson! He listened carefully to what I wanted, showed me several options & ensured I knew the features of each. He made sure to put me in the car I wanted for the test drive & showed me how options worked and was respectful and considerate. I've never had such a positive experience buying a car before -- and he found me the right car at the right price, too. Ask for Sebastian!!!

    I've had the pleasure of working with Nate twice. Jan 2019 was with a Used Nissan Murano Leman had on their lot. Which turned out to be a very good car! Most recently, Jan 2020, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I did research on other cars and was ultimately undecided on two. But one was a new Camry. Given how respectful and easy Nate to work with, I chose to come back here. When I texted him, he knew who I was. It was nice when i realized that. When it comes to Toyota, I have a specific admiration for them. In 2009, a 1992 Camry saved my life when the 17+ year-old airbag deployed when my car landed "in a tree" when I fell asleep driving. Nate wants you to but a car, but you'd never know it from his demeanor. He won't pressure you into anything. You're immediately treated like an old friend from back in the day. He let's you lead the conversation. And he works with finance to get the best you can for your money. Rick and the rest of the service department has also been a great help with understanding any problems I have had. It was with an ultimately benign system that allows you to remote start your car from your phone (honestlynot that important). And they figured it out, when everyone was telling me "it's probably the app". It took some thinking outside the box to figure that one out, as no one had ever seen it before! I can say I love my new Camry. But don't take my word for it. Go talk to Nate and the rest of the team. If they can help you, as they have me, they will do everything to make things happen!!

    Greg McCullough is good to work with. Not pushy, respectful, willing to work with you. Although I didn't end up buying a Toyota, I would certainly return to work with Greg. Their new location is fantastic: light, bright, clean and near interstate which is great for test drives.

    Had to stop in first thing on a cold day while it was raining. Within seconds of entering the store…read morewe were asked how we could be helped. We expained what was going on with our car and explained that it was dying but starting back up, and we would like him to test the battery and alternator to see if that was the problem. He put on his rain coat and took his computer out in the rain to check our car. He told us the readout was fine and there were no problems with either the battery or alternator. Then he told us that Honda's have a problem with the distributor cap and coils and that he really thought that was the problem. Well the part was over $200 and of course he explained you can't return it once it is purchased as it is a non returnable item. We figured since the battery and alternator tested fine maybe he was right. He continued to explain how to replace the part on the car and said people have changed them in his lot before. He said he had the tools if we need to use them and explained everything I needed to do. My friend called his mechanic friend who was willing to install it for $125 but I told him it sounded like something I could do. Advance Auto Parts really came through on this and saved us a lot of money and time by explaining why he thought this was the problem and the proper way to install the part. After we installed the new cap and coils the car ran and started excellent! He diagnosed the problem correctly and we got the car back on the road very quickly. Greg was the guy that helped us and I must say he is really very knowledgeable and very helpful. He didn't complain about the weather and tell us to come back later, he did his job and he went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and he made sure we knew how to install the part. Honestly this has been the best experience I have had at any of the auto part stores and I will make sure I return to this store for all of my parts. Thank You Greg!! Thank you Advanced Auto Parts for having Greg on staff he is a real asset to your business!
