One of the easiest car buying experiences ever! After a long in-person and internet search for a 2023 F150 with the options I wanted, I found what I was looking for at Sam Leman Ford. Jarrod quickly replied to my information request, and answered all of my questions via email for the next few days. The following Saturday I made the 260 mile round trip to finalize the deal and drive home my new F150. Jarrod and the Leman staff made the whole process quick and easy.

2023 F350 HO 33,900k miles traveled 5 hours to buy Let this guy warn the rest of you especially if you plan to buy used here even if it's only one year old. Red Flags I know better but did it anyways. When I work at a dealer the vehicle fluids were topped off, oil changed, and detailed. I also had to get them to clean the truck up a little better which wasn't to me any were near clean for a truck that new, now I know why that wasn't done seemingly well. (My wants had me blinded) The def was less than 500 miles from reduced power. I had to ask several times to get that topped off. I noticed but thought I could live with (till the snowball kept growing as it rolls down hill) the missing front center head rest, covers for the 5th wheel hitch in the bed, and the 4 scuffed door panels. When I pointed the door panels out I was informed that is normal wear. The 3 year old truck I traded in had a spot less interior with no damage. To add to that, I kept it in great shape even with 4 kids under 10. On the way home the first thing I noticed was that the washer fluid light had come on. It took nearly a whole gallon to fill the washer fluid. I then noticed when I connected my phone to the Ford pass app that the oil life was at 52%. I also noticed that the truck had a possible alignment issue on my way home. Currently I still gave this dealership some grace in my head. I scheduled an alignment at a local dealership. I had the dealership look at a steering collum rattle which I was to is a design fault of the plastic in the firewall gromet. The dealership had also informed me that they could not do an alignment on a full size truck.(4 door long bed srw) I now had to schedule this alignment with my local awesome tire place to get an alignment. When I was finally able to get the alignment I found that it was indeed out of alignment. The truck has 4 new tires and they didn't bother to align it before sale. They Knew a couple days in advance that I was coming to get this truck and didn't bother with any of this stuff above. While it took me a moth to get an alignment I had the time to wash and actually look at the truck, before the alignment was completed. I noticed not only are the door panels scuffed up but the entire truck needed a new paint job and a drivers rear bedside, bedside step(bent), and bedside step plastic(attached clips busted). Every single body panel is full of rust in the paint ON AN ALUMINUM BODY TRUCK. I was over a month pushing 2 months before I complained to the dealership about what I have found so far. They paid for the $83 dollar alignment but wanted to know why I hadn't complained about the issues sooner. Well I didn't notice every problem right away, I can be pretty forgiving, and I wanted to get all the things bundled instead of complaining about A then calling back with problem B. I thought I had found everything at this point, oh how wrong I was..... I then noticed the passenger front tweeter is blown (Had the local dealer order a new one). Current mileage 35,600. A couple weeks later while out to eat and shopping I noticed (without effort or looking for it) that the rear pinion seal (axle) is leaking pretty bad. I then went looking for trouble and noticed it may have a small oil leak. With the millage now at 35900+ I went to the nearest dealer to note the leaks before 36K. This was a Saturday and dealerships service departments where already closed, the sales team at this dealer was not willing to hear me out. I took a video on my phone to show these leaks before the 36k bumper to bumper expires. The pinion leak should have been fixed before that truck was sold. The oil leak is still to be determined took anther 30 days just to get an appointment to drop the truck off at the local dealership. Before this last set of repairs I now have an expired temp tag. After looking into this My state has mailed me a new valid registration and they transferred the old plate to this truck. The dealership was supposed to give me my old plate and place it on this "new" truck. This is an additional $9 and inconvenience I have had to deal with. I was told to send in pictures and describe everything I have problems with but its been almost 2 months with no reply to my email so I've resorted to this review. Like some others I would leave a negative review if it was possible. I politely shared with them that the trade in had been damaged (all front no paint or frame damage). They didn't care to mention and of the paint or body damage on this "practically new vehicle you won't find a thing wrong with it" so I was told over the phone. Side note with all of this and the oil change light how am i supposed to believe they even changed the oil or the fuel filter?

The lady salesman, Audrey and sales manager, Helen were absolutely the most wonderful people in the world to deal with. After searching for four months and working with numerous other salesmen, it was these two ladies that took the sale up over the top. They offered me more than any other place I had been. It was a no hassle transaction once I arrived at the store to complete the deal. I worked with these ladies over the phone and through text and was extremely satisfied.

I drove about 2 hours to Sam Leman Ford and was glad I did. Well worth the drive. I worked with Mason Witzke who did a great job. He had great communication with me. I also had a trade that they matched other dealer pricing. Was in and out in a few hours with a new Ford F250 truck. Also no 10K above MSRP for a new truck. I will definately be sending more people your way. Keep up the great work.

I ordered and purchased my Mustang Mach-E through Sam Leman Ford. Jerry was my salesman and was always quick and willing to answer my questions. I didn't experience any shady dealership BS during the purchase process, it was a transparent and quick!

We had a wonderful experience with both the dealership and the salesman Zhora. We would highly recommend both.
