It was fairly quick and painless. It's not super intuitive about how the whole thing works so you have to stop people and ask them where to go and all that. For around 40 bucks it was OK. The guy who greeted me did not have top-notch customer service skills. He actually walked away from me while I was asking a question. I wanted to know where I was supposed to go with the paper ticket he handed me, and I wanted to show him some spots where a fruit tree had left deposits on my car that I wanted Autopia to get clean. Turns out you go and pay over-the-counter, and then they have this very grim room off to the side with metal chairs where you wait. Their speakers don't work great so it's a little bit hard to hear the announcements when the cars are ready. They didn't get my vehicle completely clean and apparently didn't really take a good look at it before they released it to me, but there was a young man with a rag who scrubbed off the bits for me and I tipped him five bucks for that. They did a pretty OK job on the inside of the car. I'll probably go back. It was relatively fast and the couple things I pointed out are fixable. read more

Yesterday was my first time here. However, what started off as a great feeling about this spot turned into a disaster. My wife and I were so thrilled to have received 10% off because it was our 1st time coming here. That was so nice of them. Well.. that's where the positive ends. Now trust me, they stay loaded with cars. So never a dull moment I'm sure. But... they took out car after we chose our service. By the time we say down... it was rolling out washed.. Iol. The guy begins to do what he does after it comes out. No lies, he was done in 5 mins. I told my wife that did not make sense. However, she gave a clear when she checked... except.. she saw that the trunk was not cleaned out and they sprayed no good smell in the car upon finished. He even waited to get a tip and then walked off with an attitude when he did not receive one. Someone else was called over to to get the car vacuumed. He did not even bring it back to where we were standing when he got it. We had to walk to him smh. That's not it though. I went and inspected because most places do not correctly was behind the rear view mirror. They didn't! It was hard stuff left and just filthy. I inspected more. They did not wipe the grill clean, the part under the mirror on the trunk and the dashboard had not been wiped. It was horrible. We had to call someone over 3 separate times and then I got the manager. His name is Ricardo and he was very very very apologetic and offered to make things right. read more

This was one of the worst car wash jobs I've ever received. I honestly think I could have done a better job with one hand and a brain injury. The rearview mirror still had spots all over it. The center console wasn't properly cleaned. The driver's seat pocket, door pockets, and door panels were still dirty. The back seat had crap left behind, making it look like it hadn't been vacuumed or wiped down at all. Even the floor mats weren't put back correctly and had to be readjusted. I've seen some poor car washes over the years, but this was exceptionally disappointing. The level of care and attention to detail was simply not there. I've paid half this price in Los Angeles and received a job that was several times better. If you're paying for a professional car wash, it's reasonable to expect the basic cleaning to actually be completed. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. Recommend to avoid. read more

I have been taking my car here for years and would have normally given 4 stars. However I went this week spent $38 on a wash a that actually made my car dirtier. The inside was barely vacuumed. The outside still had pollen spots (that came off very easy with a. Slight rub) on it. The windows are all smeared with a film and there are little dots all over the car. I cannot believe Autopia did not get a five star rating!!!. I had the best experience here from start to finish. I drove by and it looked like so many people so I thought maybe I needed an appointment and I called from my car and the guy answered the phone and said no it only will take about 20 to 25 minutes so Come right now and I was like are you sure and he said yes so I said OK here I come! I got there and I pulled in behind three cars and it was two lanes of three cars and I quickly got up to the front. Told the guy what I wanted there was no pushy sales. I just wanted the car to be cleaned inside and out, and the guy gave me a big smile pointed me in the direction in the lobby. I went and paid. It was like $37 and I was able to get cash for a tip. The store on the inside is so cute. Lots of things to look . I didn't wait more than 15 minutes or 20 minutes and my car was ready. The car looked amazing!!! The guy said on the phone it would take about 20 to 25 minutes it took 22! I'm just so happy with Autopia I mean the thing is you go to the gas station and get a car wash and it's like $12-$15 this was twice as much, but they did the inside they waxed the wheels they did the such a great job. Horrible experience, paid $65 for a hand wash on my new (2 days old) car. While driving home i noticed as the sub hit multiple scratches on my windows/tint. What are you cleaning with that scratches the windows?! Onto of that scratch swirls on the black paint areas and also somehow the trim on my window control panel on the driver side seemed to have been messed with as the trim is no longer sitting flush! I went to this car wash 1 time, only because I was in town - one single day. Tuesday January 13th 2026. I brought my 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser which has never had any issues or filth on the windows (inside nor outside). After I left this car wash, I had to roll my windows down (about 2 hours after) and when I rolled them up, the front passenger side window was completely covered in a disgusting film. The next day when I got home, I immediately windexed my window so I could see out of it. The next morning (Thursday), it was cold and foggy out.. I had to roll my windows down so I could clear them and see. When rolled up, the same window was AGAIN covered in a nasty film. The pictures are from Thursday after work. I cleaned it again then immediately rolled down to see the film reapply. I don't know what these people did to my car and I am FURIOUS! I called them on Thursday and explained myself twice to two people and was told I would be contacted and have not heard back. I asked about that I did not get 10% off, but not only that they didn't wipe down the inside of the car like I paid for. They did not wash the windows like I paid for. I decided to get the membership so I can get unlimited washes with the hopes that each time I came in my interior would get just a little bit cleaner each time. It looks the same. I don't even transport people in my car except my spouse in the passenger seat. We might get some chicken nuggets every so often when we're exhausted from the week. I also have a dog that rides in the back maybe a few times a year. They ride in my spouse's car in a kennel. Today I got my car washed but the seats don't look vacuumed, the tires are still super dirty, the center console still has bits of stuff, but they left my carpets soaked. I don't think they took the rubber mats out to wash them. The only thing clean is some of the outside and the dust on the dashboard. I don't think they deserve to have more than one star today I cancelled my membership after giving myself six months to try them and each experience was the same and it didn't matter if I went once a week or once a month. read more

Very disappointing. I used to genuinely love this car wash. Last week, after a wash, about 20 seconds into driving, a cigarette butt fell onto my lap. It had been under the front windshield, near the steering wheel. I know for sure it wasn't there before: 1. If it had been, it would've fallen as soon as I got in. 2. If it had been there earlier, the staff would've likely cleaned it up. I always tip generously and planned to just quietly mention it next time -- no drama, just a polite, "Hey, please be more careful." Today I came in, left my car, and calmly spoke to the guy who checks in the cars and writes down license plates -- not sure what his exact title is. I even started by saying I really like the service, you guys are great -- but last time, a cigarette butt was left under the windshield. Instead of a simple apology, I got aggression. He practically yelled at me, said, "None of our guys smoke," and insisted, "It must've been one of your friends." But I'm the only one who drives my car, and I don't smoke. No accountability. No respect. Just an attempt to shift blame onto the customer. It left a very bad impression. I used to recommend this place -- sadly, not anymore. I drive my car every single day and not ONCE have I ever noticed this on my car. What's worse is the lack of empathy from the workers. For the price Autopia charges, I was expecting with a little more emphasis on quality. I had just driven 2400 miles to visit my daughter in Pleasant Hill and needed something more than a standard wash to get the bugs off the grill, hood & windshield. I purchased the middle tier wash, because of the bug wash specifically mentioned as part of the package. To be fair, they did a great job getting the bugs removed. But the breakdown, for me, was the interior service. They used compressed air to blow out tough to reach places and completely missed the "boot" for the gear selector. They also claim to clean out the drink holders. Uh, no again. And silly me, I thought a "wipe down" of interior surfaces might include an Armorall type protective. Needless to say, my expectations weren't met. Finally, the interior vacuuming was minimal at best, with lots of debris still left on the floor mats. And when the front mats were placed inside the vehicle, they did not secure them as mandated by current safety regulations. That could have been dangerous if the mat slipped into my gas or brake pedals. For what Autopia charges their customers, they need to step up their game. I give five stars for all the cool things and the membership fees, but it's hit or miss on the wash. I like that for $49.99 I can get unlimited washes which is a great price considering I try to wash my car once a week. The crew hustles and works efficiently as they can considering the volume of cars that come through. If ya don't like the job, they address the issue which is ok in my book. Brought my car here on a Saturday morning and got the 149 dollar interior and exterior package. I requested the service since I haven't had the time to clean and treat the leather interior, so I figured they would do a great job for the price. I am aware that this place isn't exactly a precision detailing shop, but nevertheless I figured something is better than nothing. I was disappointed for several reasons, the first, I was never told that my car was done. It was just sitting on the side, I was on the premise the whole time listening to the PA system for call outs and I never heard my car being called. It was just sitting on the side and I had to ask one of their employees what the deal was. When I got in my car, I wasn't even mad, I was just disappointed at how cheap and quick the job was performed, the seats were horribly oily and slippery, the overspray all over the mirrors and center consoles, steering wheel. They didn't even clean the Alcantara trimming, in fact, it looked worse because it is now shiny and matted. The saving grace is that the exterior looks really good, or so I thought. When I got home there was several spots that weren't buffed in all the way, the wheels were still really dirty and the aftermarket front camera on the bumper was seemingly unclipped and no one told me about it. (Luckily I just clipped it back into place). 2 stars instead of 1 because at least most of the car was clean. If I had paid the standard 60-70 bucks for the wash wax and vacuum, I may have been okay with it. But for double the price? Yeah, never again. Just gonna buck up and go to a real detailer. I wanted to ask for at least a partial refund but I just did not have the energy after waiting for over an hour for this disappointing end result. read more

I always drove by, never stopped in cause the place is always crowded. Tried it this past weekend and I will never go back except to get the three wax jobs I paid for but the cleaning was horrible. My windows were smeared, the mats were still dirty, for jams and trunk jams still had dirt in them. I think they try to go so fast to get the cars done that they do a poor job. When people bring in their luxury cars to be cleaned we expect high quality cleaning and take your time and do it right. Again, the in and out space is too small. Again I'll not go back! I used to go here to get my old car washed, brought my Infiniti to get "the works" wash for $31, was upcharged to "ultimate wash" for no reason. Whatever maybe it'll be cleaner than ever. WRONG, they added on a $3 oversized charge because it's an SUV,,.... And i wish i would've took pictures so u guys could see, they didn't touch my seats.
