This was my first visit but I must say I was quite pleased with them. I had been going down the street to California Shine and always getting a half assed job that I was ready to give up and just find the time to do the car myself so I decided to give them a try. They got my very dirty car cleaned well inside and out and I watched them apply the wax by hand. They invited me to look the car over and be sure I was satisfied. they didn't miss anything. There was water, and presumably soap. A ton of dirt on the outside of my car still, and the interior is still filled with dust and grime. The cup holder wasn't even wiped down! No vacuuming the trunk of my tiny hatchback either. Update: Finally spoke to the head office and he fixed the situation for me. I still can't come here to wash my black car but he did the right thing to resolve the situation and make it right. I appreciate that. Just make sure you understand that the VIP membership is on auto pay. Update as of 3/25 I tried again because we do not have any good car washes in the area. I got a hand wash since I refuse to put my car in the machine. $45 later I got a half washed car. Dirty rims and I actually told the guy cleaning my car he missed so many spots and showed him. He tried to rub them out with his dirty towel. Really? I ended up going home and had to finish what they left to waste another 30 mins of my day. What is wrong with Dublin! They no longer offer offline washes and suggested I trek over to their Walnut Creek or Fremont locations for that. On previous visits, service has been just okay. During peak times, they were a bit rushed and missed some spots. However, they are quick to take care of it once you point it out. read more

What a waste of time and money...long story short, brought my truck in for a wash..i was told that it has to be hand washed because it won't fit through the tunnel.. and there's an additional charge for hand wash. No problem, I understood. Bottom line, I basically donated $60 to the place... only half the roof was washed, there's was bugs still on the grill, and under the seats wasn't vacuumed. I could have done a better job with a blower, and a dirty brush for $4 at coin op wash... When the guy drying the truck waved me over, that its done, I pointed out these things.. his response, and this ain't no joke -"no habla"...wtf...i was beyond mad.. the cashier was no help either.. told me to call and talk to manager...stay away from this place.. way over priced, and horrible washes. read more

Hours of operation show 8am to 6pm. This is the 2nd time this week I have come here to wash the wife's truck. First time, I came at 5:49pm, and they could not accommodate. Second time was today at 5:30pm, and they had already shut down for the day! I would have given 1/2 a star, but unfortunately that is not available on Yelp. This car wash stands out because they all have matching orange shirts which makes them appear to be more on top of things. Funny how small details make a big difference. I went around 10am on a Friday and there was no line. I stopped at the booth, chose my car wash (cheapest is the $19.95 one), they took it through the wash, then it came out in 5 minutes and they started toweling it off and cleaning the inside. The entire process took approximately 20 minutes. If you don't want to stand around, there is plenty of shaded seating where your car is in plain sight and you can telepathically stare the workers into cleaning your even better. read more

I needed to find a great commercial car wash for my Tesla. Several Tesla owners highly recommend Autopia in Walnut Creek and Livermore. So I was thrilled when they opened up in Dublin. Javier, the guy who 'takes your order', is very friendly, he knows about Teslas from handling them at the other Walnut Creek location. During the first 3 visits, I asked for an offline wash, which they did without any hesitation. As mentioned in several reviews, the care and attention to detail is really good. During my last visit, they suggested using the 'Tow Mode' in the car to send it through the wash tunnel. The suggested that it would save me money and that I could get the VIP account. I agreed, and since then the car has been washed that way. Having the VIP account helps with getting a discounted wash on my other car, which makes it doubly worth it. Overall, they crew is good. The supervisor lady is also friendly, and takes a personal interest in ensuring that customers are satisfied. Overall, I would highly recommend Autopia, Dublin to anyone, especially Tesla owners. read more

The lady at the front has always been nice but as I was there I watched as a group of Mexicans gathered around my car and take items out. I have filed a police report. Thought I'd give this place a spin. It was pretty crowded Saturday morning so I came back in the afternoon and was in and out on a jiffy. They have a nice area to sit and wait outside but I prefer the set up at other car washes where you can also sit inside and have food and merchandise for purchase. read more

At the GO, we purchased the $39.95 a month unlimited washes during M-Th -- reluctantly bc we LOVED the old Dublin car wash. Pleasantly, after coming here for a month now, the team knows our car, knows what we like and last week, when I didn't put the seats down, Arely caught it, lowered them, vaccumed everything and put everything back up again, all without me saying anything because she has committed to memory, my simple requests. These guys are much better than the corwood car wash. People are nice and do a pretty decent job. Prices are very similar to other places. Oh, and didn't have to wait 40 min. In and out of there in bout 15. I deducted a star because they didn't do the interior too well or try to get some of the dirt build up on the outside.
