The drain plug is stripped and it is not an inexpensive fix. I suggest you go back and see if they will take care of you." Upon my return after explaining my situation, not only was the owner rude and shouting from his office desk, he refused to even look at my vehicle saying, "How do I know that I was the last shop to work on it? You have 24 hours to complain after a job..." Looks like my 25 dollar oil change is going to cost me a new 800 dollar oil pan change. I was more than a little upset when leaving. Integrity matters and I feel this guy has very little.
