Thomas provided excellent service; however, the technician who inspected my car did not resolve the shift performance unavailable problem. Initially, he attributed it to the battery, then indirectly linked it to the radio. Subsequently, I sought assistance from another mechanic, and the issue was successfully resolved. It was the camshaft position sensor. The other mechanic said there was no point on replacing the radio. I would not recommend this shop to no one. read more

Changing my 5 star review. I used to love this place, have recommended dozens of people here. Britney is awesome and so is the guy who owns it (I forget his name)! But the last two times I've had service or called, it's been very combative. I'm a very bubbly easy person to talk to, so it was weird when I was spoken back at very combative as if I was trying to start an argument. I bet people do that a lot though. Anyway, made me upset how overly defensive and annoyed the woman was who I spoke to the last two times... kinda weird. It was very extra. BUT I believe they do preform good car work so if you don't mind rude and weird interactions, power to ya for not letting that get ya down and this could be the place for you. read more

My sister and I brought our vehicle here for a service. The shop was neat and clean. The lounge area has sofas, magazines, and coffee for your enjoyment. In the middle of the night, my best friend drove over a black cow that had been hit and left dead in the road...it took out the radiator and the compressor on the tank-like Volvo we were driving. Took my car in to have a water pump replaced. Left with a broken radiator fitting that they claim they did not break. The thing is I have before pictures. It shows that part clearly unbroken. I have the pristine white glue chuck they tried to use on the coolant fitting. They told me there was no way to prove the glue was new. I have owned my car for 3.5 years and never touched this part. Had it been old glue it would have been discolored orange as the black plastic of the radiator was even discolored orange from coolant. They said the glue got cleaned when they washed my engine but unless they got inside the fitting how is this possible as the glue that made it inside my fitting was white as well. I have pictures of all this!! There was no indentation from this thick glue chuck sitting snug inside the rubber hose as there would be after 3.5+ years of pushing and they left a gap in the hose connecting to my radiator but claim they didn't touch it when before and after pictures say otherwise. Maybe they saw a female driving a cadillac and thought they could get more money out of me, idk. Needless to say I filed with the BBB because they were unwilling to fix what they broke. I would give this place a -5 star if I could and would say to stay far far away from this place unless you want to have to hand over paycheck after paycheck to this place. As Jamie replied yes they asked for me to tow it in but they never brought up the warranty stuff. I made it very clear I was not going to PAY to tow my car there for them to JUST look at it. That is why I brought the pictures of everything from before they touched it and after they touched it into the shop. I had a witness with me at the time and even he saw how clear it was this shop was not going to own up to damaging my car more. Yup always willing to work with someone to meet or exceed expectations... smh. Not to mention their mark up on parts is insane!! I had just bought a brand new water pump for $40 and this place would not use it and charged me $106 for the same part!! Even my coolant that at my cost is $12.99 each, they charge $25.00 each. This place is more money driven and not customer friendly then most places. This place advertises providing you with a rental car while the repairs are done and they even failed to do that for me. Can't stress enough how horrible of a place this is!! Working on getting this company blacklisted to all soldiers. read more

Back in 2014 I was introduced to Autosmith when they were diagnosing a door ajar issue with my 2002 Ford Escape. They helped me maintain my Escape until 2017, oil changes, tires, brakes, exhaust gaskets. Everything was done very professionally and at a reasonable cost. Each time a service was completed they also conducted a safety check of the major systems and provided a written report. I have been a customer of AutoSmith for several years now. I have taken all of my cars to them including my Mitsubishi, Mini Cooper, and Hyundai. The customer service is outstanding as well as the repairs. They have done regular maintenance (oil change, brakes, regular mileage service) as well as major repairs. Not only did they do that, but they made sure that the price was affordable and did not leave you with the feeling of being ripped off. They took great care of my vehicle and while it was in the shop, I was given a loaner until the car was complete. Service was great, my car was back to new, and they really took great care of me. The cherry on top was when they called me to see how the car was running. Another neat thing they offer there are car clinics. Great for learning some new things and getting more information. Took my Chevy Silverado in to have the suspension system checked-out. They quoted a very high price to replace ball joints and tie-rods, so I rejected their quote. At that point they said I needed to pay $75.00 for the inspection and quote. VERY Unprofessional. read more
