I have a warranty on my car and this shop works directly with the company. If I could give them -5 stars I would. The owner was very rude over the phone with me when I was just trying to get an understanding of what's going on what I'm being charged for and everyone was just giving me the run around. I called the shop and relayed a message from my warranty company to the man who picked up the phone which was the owner of the shop. He told me that I was lieing about what I was saying and I was only telling him what warranty company had just told me. I had literally just got off the phone with them minutes before calling him and I was trying to explain to him what I was being told and like I said I was just trying to get an understanding he continued to talk over me and scream into the phone which upset me because I'm only trying to get my car fixed. He then told me he was busy inside the shop so I would call back after 12 and I was ok with that. I did so and no one answered I called about 4 more times and he ended up sending long messages about how I was I was liar or having bad memory overall my experience was very unprofessional and I wish I could've took my car to a different shop. read more

So purchased vehicle and had issue and called to set up professional diagnostics with autotech based on the online reviews. We scheduled an appointment for 3 business days later. day before the issue got worse and called to let them know. Was told I should pay $150 bucks for tow truck and I did. next day was appointment day. 3 days later had not heard anything and drove by the shop. The truck wasnt on the lot. come to find out it was DRIVIN to another shop because they needed room for other customers that were in front of mine. 4th day got a call from the recommendEd jasper engines installer aka autotech saying they could not repair an exhaust manifold and didn't know who to recommend and charged me another $100 bucks. zero exaggeration whatsoever. that's what happened verbatim. If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service here is completely DEPLORABLE! Two mechanics there Jim and Marvin were rude and completely disrespectful even when THEY were dealt with respectfully. What more is they both and gave undeniable hints of prejudice and racism in the way they handled us. From the way they handled us in this situation I wouldn't trust them to touch ANY vehicle of mine EVER. Very unprofessional!!! I was referred here and Mark was very nice at first until I made a call asking about what parts were being put on my car (as advised by the previous mechanic) he then showed how upset he was by yelling at me telling me he was too busy to handle my phone call and to come pick my car up and pay the amount. I informed him I'd be there in the morning. I asked to test drive and see how it was now running, he had a mechanic come out to come with me which was expected because of how he previously acted on the phone. The mechanic and I hopped into my car and I noticed it had 3 miles left on the dash until E. So I told the mechanic we need to stop and get some gas. The mechanic told me "Well, I will let you go get gas then come back to get me." I thought that was strange but I hadn't started the car yet. As soon as the mechanic went inside, Mark ran outside yelling at me to not to leave his lot. I explained how the mechanic told me to go get gas and also how the car wasn't started yet. He then tried to argue with me and went back inside. After I came back from the gas station, I started recording our conversation and he was VERY NASTY AND RUDE. Yelling at me, and when I said this is SO UNPROFESSIONAL OF YOU! He told me to go look at his google reviews because he doesn't have any complaints. He also told me "hold on, let me go sit down since you're not done talking yet" he grabs a chair very rudely and has the most smug look on his face. Not one time did I swear at Mark. Nor have I disrespected him.
