I've taken my vehicle in for the same repair FIVE times, and the issue was never corrected! Luckily, I had insurance to assist me with the cost, but I still had to come out of my pocket for each visit. The repair for the "check engine light" would clear for approximately 2 weeks and reappear each time. THEY NEVER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. The owner would give one repair cost over the phone to my husband and charge me a different repair price on the premises...He claimed that the computer was at fault! As if that wasn't enough, they lost the engine cover to my car without making an effort to correct. Refuse to return a $15 overcharge and want us to deduct it from our next charge when we bring the car back to be repaired! This business was initially dependable about 18 months ago, but given the recent circumstances, I would advise you to choose a different car repair shop. I was on the highway 300 miles away when my tire almost fell off my car with my two and four year old inside. They were the last people to touch the car before a road trip. I came to this place solely on not wanting to take my vehicle to CarMax 30-45 minutes away from my home. They are considered a Repair Pal under my warranty with CarMax. Immediately I wasn't thrilled about taking my car to the shop but it needed to be taken care of. I met Avi and Ruby (the owners) and they gave the best customer service possible. Now my only gripe is how long it took for my vehicle to get fixed but it was worth the wait only because a major issue became minor to them. I wound up having to pay my deductible and anything that wasn't approved by the warranty company which wasn't a lot extra but they were very thorough and kept me up to date through out the entire process. Unfortunately I did have to return my vehicle the following day but they were prompt on trying to figure out what happened and got me back rolling in no time. read more

Honestly, is 0 stars losing your life or the life of a child? I came in for an oil change before a family road trip and asked them to check out anything standing out. So they did the air filters and they changed the brakes on all 4 tires. Remember when you were 16 and your parents taught you how to change a tire? I just couldn't believe that after driving for 3.5 hours, feeling the car get rocky, I pulled over to find 2 Lugnuts left on my front tire! And those 2 could slip off any second!! As for the lugnuts on the other 3 wheels, I could make 1 full turn with my tire iron. Which, means they didn't drive it after changing, and then re-tighten. ( A lesson my father taught me). So, I'm' upset. I call and Ruby is apologetic and asks me to email Avi. I don't. not my job to inform him. Ruby says to come in when I come back in town. When I do, I speak with Avi. While I write this, I get re-triggered by his responses. I was traveling for 3.5 hours to Savanah with my wife, and 2 toddlers. There was almost a disaster. I got no ownership, no apology, not even empathy. He asked me where I was parking my car. This would insinuate that in the span of 2 days, a very sly individual snuck into my garage, loosened 3 tires and almost got away with 1 tire. I did tell him that Ruby asked the same question and that they are both pretty ridiculous for the accusation. When giving him a summary of how it is really feasible for it to be his company, he responds. "I am not arguing with you" and "It's just not that complicated". Well, it does seem to be a response. Not an ethical or educated response. So I inquired, "Aren't you interested in providing any ownership?", "Like what"... I read him the riot act. The whole thing. explained that he could double-check with the mechanics at the end of a tire change and meet with them to discuss the ramifications of my children being harmed or losing their lives. BEWARE! I had an engine fail on my 2016 Ford Explorer and towed it to Auto Clinic 360. I received a call a couple of days later with a very detailed quote on the work needed to be done as it was expensive totaling upwards of $2k. After the consult, I agreed to proceed and was given a 2-3 day timeframe for the work to be completed. After the 2nd day I had not heard anything and decided to call to check-in. No answer. Called again later and no answer. Called x2 the next day and no answer. Called the day after and no answer. A full week later I'm nervous and drive the hour to visit 360. Car still on lift and very little work has been done. Given another ETA. A couple of days later I call and no answer... here we go again. Honestly, can you imagine running a business where nobody answers the phone . WTF??!! Days later, work is done and I get a call to pickup vehicle. I head on over but sorry, closed for Jewish holiday (even though I got a call to pickup). Crazy. Fast forward to today. Pick up car and now bill is more than what I was quoted by the owner. Realizing these are estimates I asked the owner Abi to go over exactly what the up-charge was for. "Sure" he says. So Abi, was there additional labor? "Nope". Additional parts? "Nope". Additional services provided? "Yes". OK, what for and how much? Answer, fluid refill for $35-$40. OK, thank you. BUT, the difference in the bill was more, why is that Mr Owner? Reply, "What can I tell you, it is what it is". When I pressed about the discussions we had regarding price I started getting the "I don't remember" song and dance. Mr Owner, you told me it would cost this much... "I don't remember that".... ‍‍ Got nowhere with Abi and humbly accepted the additional charges as there's not much I can do. Get keys and start the car when I immediately get an error code indicating the service he said they performed and charged me for wasn't done per the alert. I call the owner over to the car and he apologizes and offers to refund me the $$. I'm in a hurry so I refuse but make clear to him I don't appreciate being charged for work that apparently wasn't done per the vehicle itself. Upset. Never again. As I'm pulling out of parking lot more dash warnings appear. This time it's about the air bag. Unreal. Pull car back in and let them know. Sit around for at least an hour waiting on one mechanic who repeatedly tells me that he has no idea what's wrong with the car. Sigh. Never had this issue before. Now warning lights and codes flashing everywhere. Re-engage owner who is telling me the work they did is unrelated to the error codes and problems we're seeing. Starts playing lawyer by repeatedly telling me I can prove nothing yet admits the car did not have these issues when towed there. Implies it's coincidental. Sheesh. In the end, they asked to keep the car longer to troubleshoot the new issues I just spoke of. "We stand by our work" proclaimed the owner . No way in hell I'm leaving this car with them again. Cut my losses and left as fast as I could. On the way out their worker approached my vehicle smiling and laughing but not in a good way. I asked "what's so funny"? He replies "you asshole"! Nuff said. Avoid these frauds and save yourself the aggravation. Head over to a reputable shop who care about the quality of their work and customers. Pathetic. Luckily, I recorded everything on my cell to protect myself. Only thing now is that I have to take the car to another mechanic and re-certify the work they supposedly performed as well as fixing new issues that arose while in their care ... read more

Honesty & Efficiency I love this place. They have taken great care of both of my vehicles. I live in the area and Ruby, the owner, will give me a ride home whenever I have to leave my car for repairs. Then he'll have me picked up when the repairs are complete. They always find ways to keep my cars running without breaking the bank. They tell me what I need and what I don't need and they find ways to save me money whenever they can. They even recommend I get repairs elsewhere that they don't perform when they know it's in the best interest of my cars. My Honda CRV's air-conditioner lost its cool just days before an extended road trip. I brought it into Auto Clinic 360 as they opened one morning. Within a few hours, they'd tested the system, repaired a part they suspected of causing the problem, but notified me that they were "not satisfied" that the problem was solved. The next day, after extensive testing, they determined that I needed a new condenser; they immediately notified me by phone, text, and email, and ordered the part. The car was ready exactly when they predicted it would be, in time for my trip. The air-conditioner worked beautifully. I chose this company because it was listed under my vehicle warranty and when I spoke with Reuven who sold me a good story on how good they are and there rating was high. Well, this company isnt good at all. They have replace my engine, gave me a warranty on that engine and refuse to honor that warranty. My vehicle got returned to me back in February, and ive taken it back to them 3 times already and when they claim to fix the problem; they break something else and charge my warranty to fix what they broke. Not to mention, my vehicle has died, broke down with the same issues for which they charged my warranty $6000 to fix. The engine over heated, rubber burnt off, all light came on, missing screws. Due to the negligence of Auto Clinic 360, I along with two others lost the engines in our cars in 2017. In 2017, I bought a used 2009 Audi A4 from a private seller (with about 115,000 miles). The car was running fine, though a check engine light would turn on occasionally. When first buying the car, I made it a priority to have it inspected. I looked online and read good reviews about Auto Clinic 360. Though, I didn't know they give discounts for giving good reviews. They inspected my car and said everything was fine, they changed the oil and replaced a tire. Meanwhile, the check engine light was still going off. They said this was just an error with the system and that my car was fine. A few days later a notification popped up in my car that my oil was low.. I brought my car back to them and they said they didn't see a leak and added more oil. ONE WEEK LATER MY CAR WOULDN'T START. I took the car back to them and they told me I needed to order a high pressure fuel pump. I order one and a week later took it to them. The same day, I ran into a friend who had just a few months early had their car serviced by Auto Clinic and had their oil changed. That same day Alan was told by Auto Clinic that he needed a new engine.... The following Monday, when Auto Clinic 360 tried to put the high pressure fuel pump into my car, they said fuses began to blow. I was then told this was a security lock issue with the car, and had the car towed to the Audi dealership. My friend Jeremy had his oil changed by Auto Clinic too. He instructed them to put synthetic oil into his car, they informed him that they put conventional oil in his car. They said they hear him wrong. When he looked in his engine a few days later, there a thick black substance where they had replaced his oil. His car stopped working a few weeks later. He had to replace his engine. Jeremy had never had issues with his car until Auto Clinic 360 serviced the car. I should've taken the car to get diagnosed by Audi in the first place!!! The fee was $172 for a diagnosis at Audi. The Audi dealership then informed me that the engine was no longer working. Auto Clinic 360 should be held responsible. They refuse to respond to my emails. read more

I called Auto Clinic and Ruby gave me a quote on the phone than was very fair for parts and labor. After inspecting my car, they determined the problem wasn't as bad as my oil shop had scared me into thinking. I really appreciate that they are honest and trustworthy. Gann-El Auto gave me an honest price and did an excellent job on body work. How many car repair shops can a car owner drive into, ask if their older car needs any service, and be told no, no repairs are needed! I can't believe how lucky I was to find this auto shop. I brought in my Nissan Xterra on Wednesday and they ran a diagnostic for FREE and identified the issue and were able to begin work on my car immediately. (Three other garages that I had called wanted about $100 to do a diagnostic and none of the $100 would be applied to repairs.) They fixed my 02 Sensor issue and when the work was completed they showed me the part they had removed and explained what they had done during the repair. The repair also included a 24 month/24,000 mile guarantee that could be done in affiliated garages if I was ever more than 25 miles away and needed assistance. During the initial work they discovered that I had a major oil leak issue and I returned the next morning for this repair where they again took my car in immediately and started working on it. Once the work was underway it was discovered that there was an additional part that was needed for my model vehicle to fix the oil issue - they provided the part at their purchase price, added a tune up since they were already in that part of the car and did not charge me anything for the extra labor. I decided to wait at the shop for my car to be repaired but Ruby offered to give me a ride to a local coffee shop or even give me a ride home, if necessary, rather than wait at the shop. I can't remember the last time I received this kind of excellent customer service. I was extremely impressed with the genuine attention they provided to every individual customer that came in for service. The repair price was more than fair and even included a 10% discount on all work for finding them on Yelp. They also have a great price on an oil change and after 5 oil changes you get one for free. I highly recommend, that if you are looking for a great auto shop, that you go to their shop and you will not be disappointed! read more

Friendly, kind and honest service! We took our car in; after they ran free diagnostics on it, they broke down the cost of each repair for us. Given the age of our car, they told us we were better off selling it as-is and gave us some advice on how to sell it (and how to deal with the folks who sold us the POS in the first place). So they did give us bad news, but they treated us with empathy and kindness even though they wouldn't be making any money off of us. If you guys need anything done, these are your guys. I have been a loyal customer for years. The owner is an honest and fair man who works hard and is completely ethical. He doesn't charge for small things and he certainly does not overcharge. The owner recently moved to FL, but the new manager is the same (I don't think the owner would have it any other way). He is kind and also very honest. I just brought in my 2015 year old Toyota Highlander this morning. It's a long story, but basically a flat tire that turned into a total nightmare ending w/the gadget that holds the spare was completely bent out of shape. I ordered the new tire and had it sent to Goodyear down the street (tires are the only thing Gann El doesn't do and they have a network for you on that if needed) where they had advised me that the doo-hickey was broken and they were afraid to further damage it. Back to Toyota. They wanted to charge us $400. Ummm...no. Gann-El to save the day! I was there for about 2 min. The gadget is fixed and tire back under where it should be! No charge. This place was fine until Greg left, and then the quality has since gone down hill. The first bad experience was a few weeks ago when I was having my wife's car serviced there, they installed the wrong seals for the CV joints, which they replaced upon their recommendation as they were leaking. Later I found that leaking is somewhat common with those cars, and you should be able to re-seal the seal and it's fine, yet they replaced the entire part out of convenience to them, and then installed the wrong seals. It took them literally 3 tries to get the right seals. I was patient at first, and chalked it up to "things happen" and went on about my way after they corrected the seal issue, which left my wife without a car for 4 days. The next bad experience occurred literally 1 week after, when my car had an issue. I drive a diesel, and it's a common issue where if the vehicle runs out of fuel entirely, you have to prime the engine and bleed the injectors. I towed the vehicle to Gann-El to have the injectors bled, which they told me it was not necessary. They then proceeded to manually prime the vehicle to get to start, which it did after some but then it immediately started leaking fuel from the fuel pump. So long story short, by not bleeding the injectors, they forced the air out of the pump ruining a part that isn't made by Toyota any more. If that's not the worst part of it, they then called me to tell me there was nothing they could do to fix it! It's almost like they're just winging it when repairing things, at least that is my experience. I towed it to another shop, and shopped around for a replacement part off of a parts motor in Canada. I purchased the part for $700 shipped, and had it installed by a different shop in South Atlanta for another $750. So after towing, parts and labor my total was a whopping $1650.00 for a problem that was easily remedied had they follow my instructions and advice. Anyhow, avoid at all costs, or it'll cost you a great deal in the end whether it's time or money! read more
