Alysia on reception was amazing, professional and courteous she explained the procedure to check my transmission to me. The whole team of mechanics treated my vehicle impeccably and undertook a full car inspection as well as the transmission issue. They diagnosed a few minor vehicle items that would need attention in due course and showed them to me in person and educated me fully. I was so impressed. I did not require any transmission work and they showed my the liquid with minimal metal pieces therein. What a a relief. After the whole inspection was completed I was amazed that there was NO charge. That never happens.
