I work in the customer service field and I know how hard a job like this can be. But after some time to think about this I decided to leave a review due to the nature of the similar experienced I had when looking at the other reviews here. This is not a good shop. To provide some insight, I had a flat tire happen over the weekend and so on Monday morning I arrived right at the time of the store opening at 8 am looking to replace all of my tires since I have an AWD car. There was only one man behind the counter and what it looked like only a handful of people in the shop. I was told that they would take car of the replacement, free oil change and alignment and that they would have it back out as soon as possible. Right away I could tell that they were short staffed because of how busy the guy behind the counter looked. Long story short, I sat in the lobby for almost 5 hours for the replacement, I didn't leave the shop until 145pm. At no time did anyone tell me or update me as to what was going on with my car. I could only hear the guy behind the counter tell other customers that he was short staffed and that they were behind and that they were requesting people drop off their car with hopes that it would be done by the end of the day. Additionally, there were multiple people in the bays that were just "hanging out" and smoking vapes from what it looked like. Once again, no one disclosed a wait time to me as I sat in the lobby for hours on end. I get it. It gets busy and shops everywhere are short staffed. That is not the reason why I decided to leave this review. When I finally got my keys I was told everything was good and I was on my way. Immediately when driving from the shop I noticed that my alignment was off. At highway speeds I would have a terrible vibration in my steering wheel and my car was pulling to the left so I decided to check my tires at work and found multiple issues in addition to my alignment. My tire pressure was over inflated to 40 PSI when my car is only supposed to have 32, I was missing valve stem caps and my spare tire was lazily just thrown in my trunk with the hardware just thrown on top rattling around in the back as I drove away. When returning later that week to have them fix all of the issues, I got no apology what so ever. No acknowledgement that they screwed up and I only got more frustrated that I had to wait an additional 3 hours in the lobby for them to correct the issue that they should have fixed in the first place. At the counter I asked the guy if the alignment was actually off and he stated "Yes, we had an issue in bay three on that day you were here and had other people come back." If this was the case, don't you think it would have been best to reach out to the people you serviced that day and let them know? All in all. It took a total of 8 hours to replace 4 tires. No communication was given to me and the professionalism was SUPER lacking in how my stuff was treated. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
