MTS ran out of the heat blocker I asked for so they upgraded it for free . The price they told me when I dropped it my truck off was the same with the upgrade heat blocker . Really? No accountability, no apology, just excuses. After I made it clear I wasn't buying the nonsense, they reluctantly said they could re-tint it next week. At that point, I had zero faith they'd do it right the second time--and honestly, I'm not giving them a second shot to screw it up again. This shop should not be in business. The quality is garbage, the customer service is worse, and the way they handle complaints is laughable.
