When I got two hours down the road the car broke on me and I had to be to work. I could not call them to get the car because they was already close. To make a long story short, when they finally open Monday they gave m another car before I can get out the drive way belt popped. Then he gave me another car. After about a week, that car broke down and he had to get that one towed. We finally got a third car which never broke down but not in the best of shape. Yea he offer to fix mine which two a month and I'm just getting it back and still want act right and he want help at all. So what ever you do please stay from this guy. I am not mad and not try to make him look bad but trying to save yourself some money.

Rich Greenstein was our sales associate and was the absolute best!! My husband has stage 4 colon cancer and has had a stroke and I recently had archiles rupture repair and a tendon transfer from my big toe to my calf- so he was working with two disabled customers. He showed us the two cars we came to see and then offered an additional one he thought we would like. All three were great choices! We actually had a hard time selecting. Rich was patient and not one of those high pressure sales men who push you toward the higher car. While we were out test driving one he had printed out the differences between the cars so we could see them on paper! We were there late and I'm sure he was ready to leave however he didn't seem rushed or pushy! While we were still undecided he said take your time this is a BIG decision. When I'm ready to buy another car I will drive back to North Strand Nissan and buy from Rich, he definitely was the best I've ever encountered.
