The staff is personable, friendly, and went out of their way to help me on multiple occasions. I had to pay to tow it back myself, only to be told by the dealership that they "reset the code" and the car was "fine." Of course, the same issue happened again a week later. I took it to BMW, where they replaced 8 solenoids, 8 plugs, and 4 injectors. On top of that? * The convertible top stopped working * The alarm randomly goes off and won't stop * You can't even lock the car And the dealership? Totally unhelpful.
