They are nice overall, but I think the staff is overwhelmed. They have made several mistakes now (telling me I needed tires when I just had them replaced 2 months ago at their location), not returning my calls promptly, and when I called twice to confirm specific parts were available because no one confirmed with me-they said yes and even checked with the service supervisor but when I arrived I sat there for an hour for them to come out and say they did not have the part. Definitely negotiate the tire price so they reduce it or better go to autozone for same tires and way cheaper. read more

Went in with a general idea of what i wanted. I looked at getting a 2026 civic. Asking price was 29k. I had looked at other prices online and knew it could go lower. After negotiating with David he refused to go any lower. Probably because I'm an 18 year old girl and was by myself, but despite this I know what i'm doing and talking about. I ended up walking, and got the exact same car from another dealership in Sumter for 26k. Moral of the story, don't go here expecting to be able to negotiate, and definitely don't go here if you are a woman, especially not by yourself. read more

I was greeted by many friendly faces before I met with the seller at the dealership. It was a relatively stress-free adventure. The more I drive my Honda CR-V EX L 2026, the more I enjoy it!! It is very easy on gas. It has the best non-reflective audio system and plenty of speakers. I just purchased the trunk cover and will purchase the cargo net. I had a recall on 2023 CR-V. My normal dealer is Matt Burnie Honda in Scranton, PA. They were unable to get the part before I came south, so they suggested I try to get it done here in South Carolina. I called and had an appointment in 3 weeks. I arrived and was met by a gentleman out front who directed me to drive forward to the service registration bay. They registered my vehicle for the service and showed me to a waiting area. I go a text message to let me know how things were going. Then I got another text message from the mechanic showing me a video of my vehicle saying the recall was done and that he had checked all tires for nails, screws, air, etc. He checked the brakes, filters and filled the windshield washer fluid. A serviceman came out to where I was waiting and said the vehicle was all done and ready to go. They even washed my vehicle. Best visit I've ever had at a dealership. Highly recommend! read more

Kim S. Been trying to get my tag and registration since September 9th. Was told problem fixed Sept 12. Then on Sept. 19 got call from Honda. I returned call on September 24 and was told they had my tags and registration paperwork and I had to take it to my DMV myself to get tags and registration. I told them I was told the tags would be mailed to me more then once. And I was told this was taken care of on September 19, but yet they still have paperwork. They FedEx my paperwork to my local DMV and now .......what.....my local DMV sent it to another DMV in Richmond. Why, did Honda not send paperwork to the correct place????? It was a very mixed experience with this place. The initial sales rep that helped us didn't seem like a they were the right fit for us. While I was there I met this extremely nice sales rep Kelly. I went to Kelly to express that I didn't feel comfortable with our rep and I wanted to use her as my rep. At that point the precious sale rep only showed us one vehicle and we didn't even do a test drive. I told Kelly I didn't want to put her in a bad spot but she went and talked with her sales manager Aaron Barnet. Aaron was not on board with the change. For me I was not going to buy a vehicle from a sales rep I didn't feel comfortable with. I went to speak with Aaron personally. We stood at the cubicle and waited to speak with him as he was speaking to someone. He saw us standing there, didn't say anything and I felt like he was ignoring us. Finally I got to speak with him and expressed my concern. He was an extremely rude and unpleasant person. Based on his actions I will never purchase a vehicle from here. However I would give both Kelly the sales rep and Johanna who was at the front desk 10 stars! They are both absolutely amazing and top notch employees. If you do choose to go here for sure Kelly is your girl but watch out for Aaron's temper. read more

Took my car a few weeks ago for a timing belt replacement Of my spare car. When I got the car back they found a couple of more leaks, I was quoted and assured that would be the all I needed to do to the car for a long time. So I brought it back for service about those minor leaks a few weeks later. But,,, as you guessed it, once I arrived home and everything was supposed to be fixed, my car was leaking even more. I explained this to them when I received the follow up call the next day as they normally do, and was assured someone from the higher powers was gonna call and take care of the situation . But, as you guessed it again, they never did. I finally made an appointment and explained that I received the car WORSE that it was. Not to my surprised they found a leak that wasn't there before and of course... there comes another quote .... Instead of taking responsibility for either a misdiagnosis or damage in the shop. The last advisor I spoke with (Kaitlin) got extremely rude over the phone, defending the main maintenance guy with over 20 years of service and ultimately blaming my car for being an older model. Point taken Honda, but no, I'm not remodeling your place one misdiagnosis at the time. I'm sorry I'm not an old grandma you can scare with unnecessary service, like you have done to my other two (not so old cars). Right after that visit, all videos and previous records accesible from my phone are all gone. Isn't that convenient? They should live up to the Honda name and go above and beyond. But instead, if you question them or look for any sort of clarification you become a disturbance to them. read more

When I pulled up, I was greeted by friendly voices (and I am sure smiles were there behind the masks!) and even a joke or two from one of the guys. :) I was helped immediately when I came in, was given the estimated price of my service and was told where to wait. Waiting area was nice and full of people coming and going. Every conversation I overheard with the reps and customers were just so friendly...and I never heard anyone trying to be 'sold' on additional services, like I have at other dealerships. My car was ready within the hour and I actually had to pay a few dollars less than what was originally quoted at check-in. Nice!
