We were travelling in our RV from Utah back to Florida when the transmission on the RV died on I-40. We called to see if they would be able to fix our Promaster. They arranged to have it towed to their location and they sent someone to pick us up so we didn't have to sit on the side of the road and wait on the tow truck. This was a blessing because we had our dog with us and I had a broken ankle and couldn't walk. They gave us a vehicle to use so we could get a room for the night and some food. Long story short, we decided to trade the Promaster in on a Ram pick up. Mr Elder and the rest of the team were amazing! They all went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When I went to pickup the truck the charges were $ 3806.95 . They charged me for 2 services, 67K maintenance & Fuel filter change that was never discussed or approved. I had another reputable shop look at the truck and those services were NOT performed. Alex Garcia the service manager gave me the run around for over 3 weeks, would never call me back.
