I can't give this O'Reilly enough stars. I broke down on I30 near Benton on a Saturday a couple…read moreweeks ago. I was traveling from Dallas to Detroit with my dog. I had to get a tow. Not knowing where to go the tow company suggested Firestone. Knowing I could not afford that I looked up the nearest auto parts store and had them take me there. I pulled my battery and brought it in to be tested and told the person helping me that I'd be waiting outside with my dog since it was too hot to leave him in the car. She suggested that I bring him in and wait inside. That was a huge relief as I had been out in the sun on the side of the road for 3 hours waiting on a tow. The battery tested good but would take a while to charge so I discussed what the issue could be and the best course of action with several of the employees there. We waited for the battery to charge, put it back in the truck and tested the alternator. Turned out the voltage regulator was bad. Jonathan was able to sell me a new alternator at a discount because he wouldn't be able to get just the voltage regulator on its own but had an alternator in stock. I said I was going to try to move the truck into some shade around back and Jonathan met me back there with the bay door open telling me to pull in so I could be inside to replace the part. I pulled the part and put in the new one with no trouble. Everyone who passed by me was friendly and encouraging. When I was finished with the job and ready to pull out Holly came up with an ice cold bottle of water and note wishing me well. Not only did they get me back on my way but they did it in the best way possible. As a middle aged woman I'm used to being dismissed, talked down to, and ripped off when dealing with my old truck. How refreshing it was to be treated so well. Holly, Jonathan and the whole team at O'Reilly in Benton Arkansas made my trip. I can't thank them enough.

I had an extremely bad experience with Riggs Outdoors. Not to go on a total rant, I'll hit the key…read morenotes. First, they are not open on the weekend making it very difficult to do business. I had to take vacation to purchase my bike. The first day of vacation they were too busy to complete my paperwork, so I had to burn another day to finalize the deal. Next, the paperwork was not done correctly (dates were not correct) and they needed me to take another day of vacation to come to store to sign new paperwork. I did not have any more vacation so they mailed me the paperwork. I signed and sent back the day I received it. When I received the paperwork from the credit union, I was already 5 days late on my payment. Very frustrating Each time I discussed my aggravations, I felt as through they wrote me off. Maybe it's because they are a big business, or they do not have passion for Moto sports but I can not recommend this place for your Moto needs and I will use Fayetteville store or shop out of state. We rented a car and left to finish out the vacation. We picked up our SUV when our vacation was over and went home to Illinois. The transmission went out again. This shop paid over $600 and had it towed back to Arkansas and fixed the issue. The part was faulty. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! This shops customer service and quality of work speaks highly in they way they treat their customers and the work they do on your car. . If you are having any issues with your car or SUV give this shop a call. You WILL NOT regret it.
