They did a thorough check of my vehicle, changed my oil and filter, rotated my tires, and checked all my fluids, etc. They even gave me a complimentary wash!!! While I waited Coltenn welcomed me to coffee and fresh donuts. I browsed the newest magazines, and waited in the pristine showroom. My vehicle was ready in a flash! My opinion is that someone let 15 lbs. of air out while the car was at the service center. So Greg Orr will never see my car or ass again. He offered to pick it up. While they were replacing the belt, they noticed my alternator belt was seriously decrepit. They replaced the alternator belt right on the spot since the engine was already open.
