Came to this location to since my boyfriend called to hold an item for me to pickup. Unfortunately when i came i waited in like for a while and when i decided to just ask the cashier Savanah about my items she told me they don't have anything on hold. They should have told that to my partner before hand! Thank god he gave me the pictures of what he needed. Now he has been having a hard time finding a specific filter for his oil change. They said they only had one in stock when he called. Annoying I then believe the next girl (Marie?) was super friendly and helped me look for the oil. Unfortunately no filter. Hate wasting my time driving to locations out of my way after they say they can help to find out they are useless. Store wasn't too disorganized. They also have parking lot. read more

Absolutely terrible management at this store. Jose A. (manager) is unhelpful, rude, lazy and an all around terrible reflection of this company, as well as a horrible leader. Other employees are generally fine and try to positively interact with customers. The parking lot is filthy and laden with shade tree mechanics. I'm OK with paying Autozone's inflated prices versus Walmart, Amazon, NAPA and countless online outlets. I'm a car enthusiast. I was looking for a signal bulb for my truck. I gave the specifications of the bulb to the cashier and the response I got was " go look on the bulb aisle" with an attitude,as this 2 employees keep talking about personal business I went ahead and look for it, I could t find it. This review is mostly for Raj. I came in with a battery problem, he helped replace my battery without issue. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Took his time to make sure the removal and installation was thorough/ clean (I had some corrosion on the battery terminals). The person I think was the manager saw me waiting for the battery service that he'd already started assisting me with but then directed him to help someone else even though it appeared there were other workers available. This location was dirty and didn't have tools for the employees. I've been to autozones all over, usually the workers have access to a toolkit and corrosion remover/rust remover. Not at this location. I had to buy a can of rust remover that I'll probably use once. But again! Props to Raj. Thanks for your help, Raj!!!! read more

Worse AutoZone ever. First they have two lines one for ordering parts and another for paying only. That's fine but there were not signs to say that. I was in the wrong line until I got to the front only to be told that I need to join another line. It took Me an hour and 20 mins to buy something for $2. Even the the $2 item was a rip-off. They had a sign that said it's on sale. I got up to the cashier and she said it's $6. I told her it's on sale. She went back to get the tag. She said I had to read the fine print. It was really fine. Ripoff. Plus the parking lot was full of garbage. That's just nasty Disorganized with no signs and bait and switch practices. The line was so long people were saying let us pay at the empty cash registers. They said no. Never again. read more

Most auto parts stores in NYC are gone, like exstinct! Then after going to a few other stores only this shop had the part I needed other than the manufacturer and at a lower rate. Can I give 1/4 of a star ? I have to admit the customer service is extremely lacking on all levels. The only reason I came is because they're open till 11pm which is a waste. I'll be ordering my items from Amazon. I waited on line for 6 minutes (I was next in line) and the cashier who ended up checking me out at the register stood there for several minutes watching the line until I spoke up. Unreal !! I was looking for break fluid. Staff was helpful in helping find what I needed and to save money on a deal the store had (2 for $8). I heard a few workers be a little rude to another customer when he asked do you work here. Both employees replied "sometimes". The customer seemed annoyed. However they were nice and helpful to me. Yelp should have a negative system for junk yards like this. Perhaps, they can create sad to super angry emojis for ratings. I normally do not come here because I can't stand the lack of genuine common sense these lifeless employees display on every interaction with myself and other customers. There is never a time someone isn't yelling about the BS these morons seem to dish out to paying consumers. Since talking to them never seems to illicit any positive changes in their business practices, today was my turn to yell. My driver side wiper stopped working properly so I was forced to go to these slumlords for new wipers. I stopped by here in the ice snow and picked up two Bosch (my fav) windshield wipers. The driver side was missing the cosmetic feature of the blade, good thing I kept my old blade since that piece is there. The passenger blade was also already opened. What these employees did was tape the outer label for each one so it appears you're receiving a complete new blade. The actual packages were missing sections of the back and I could immediately see the passenger blade saw it's new days many moons ago. It was completely rusted and large portions of the rubber blade were weathered and brittle. I call and tell them I am on my way to return their tired looking blade which I purchased 10 minutes ago. I mentioned the blade is old, worn out and not new. I arrive and the idiot behind the counter says "so you made a mistake and are returning it." First, I didn't make a mistake because I purchased the proper size for my vehicle. Second, you're selling haggard looking blades in packages that were tampered with. Third, you need to check your inventory before pawning it off to us. It's a complete waste of time when you as a customer have to return something because the store, its employees and their dope fiend mechanics work together to be deceitful. I go back to view the blades...no 19s left and everything else was opened. Mind you, they are not giving anyone a discount for opened items. As I look closely, these blades are rusted and used as well. So this is the deal, the crackheads outside wait for customers to change their blades in the parking lot. The customer throws away the old blade, new blade packaging and most times their receipt. The fiend then puts it all together, goes inside and gets a refund. The employees, tape it together when they can make it look new and put it back on the floor for hardworking people like you and I to buy. They are too stupid to understand why you would be irate after you have to come back here, stand in the never ending line just to return their used up junk yard part. This store needs some diversity in terms of personality, integrity and true customer service oriented emplyees. The Regional Manager or the CEO should go undercover to get a real sense on this location. Don't bother coming here unless you enjoy wasting your time fending off parking lot dope fiends, crackheads and dealing with inexperienced employees who don't have a clue. read more

Fight for a parking space (don't park in the empty Burger King lot, you'll get towed) in a lot constantly overfilled with "mechanics" and hustlers to stand in endless lines for molasses-slow service from indifferent staff. This place is horrible. Don't expect to get what you want within a decent time period in other words give yourself at least an hour and a half to get what you need. Even if it's something simple as getting a new battery. I stood in line about 10 minutes to see someone about a battery. No I told the young man that I needed a battery tested to see if I needed a new one. He told me to stand near the door while he finished with the next customer. He finished with the customer then took another and then more while I'm standing there waiting for him to get done. A half hour goes by before I have to go and ask about getting the battery checked. Apparently this kid just forgot I was waiting. To then he says it's faster if I bring in the battery. Which is fine but now I've been there close to an hour. Why don't this dumb little shit tell me this from the start. Then I asked to use a tool to remove the battery had to give my licence to borrow the tool and wait for someone to free up to register the borrowed tool. Finally after getting impatient the kid says go use the tool. The tool was to cheap to loosen the battery and I could not remove the battery. What a fucking waste of time. This place needs to get their shit together. I left there because I ran out of time. I had to drive back home to get ready for work. So now I have to worry about my battery dying because of the crappy customer service of this joke of a AutoZone. So I went in there to buy a light harness and a ball for my hitch. I stood in line to ask for help and the guy told me to go to aisle 6. I go there with my nephew and we're in the aisle trying to figure out which one is good for our car. Since I couldn't figure it out, I go back on line for help. The guy again says give me a few minutes. We wait like 10-15 minutes. The guys are at the counter being loud and laughing and carrying on. No one came to help. I decided to leave but not before I give the manager a compliant. That's when he wanted to help. No thanks. I will NEVER again go in that shop.
